I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The first room was not clean and had stains on the bathroom towels and sheets, along with a rusted showerhead. The night staff moved me to a different room with a king bed, but the situation was even worse. When I woke up the next morning, I discovered roaches throughout the room and bathroom. I immediately checked out and requested a refund. When I checked out, the staff acknowledged that the room I had been moved to was known to have a pest problem. This was extremely concerning, especially since I was moved into the room by hotel staff without being informed of the issue. Despite the condition of both rooms and the significant inconvenience, the hotel only offered to refund me for the second night because I had booked the stay in advance. I do not feel that was an appropriate resolution given the circumstances. This was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience. Cleanliness, safety, and pest control should be basic expectations at any hotel. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

It was close to everything! I didn’t like the musty smell in the lobby when you walk in to the front desk. I also didn’t like the painting of some dude looking through his binoculars facing the bed. lol!

The price was good for the area. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. A lady chain smoked outside every day, right in front of the entrance. The lobby, and my room (my air conditioning unit was directly above) smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was insufficient. I didn't bother trying to eat. The one time I tried to grab a coffee, they were out.

The staff was real friendly, property was clean, they are at good location, pretty much you have restaurants, grocery store, Katy mills mall real close by. We were there for 5 days they cape the room clean , but the bed sheets they didn’t replaced them for clean ones , that was the only thing that was missing.

This was a nice clean hotel with easy access to the I-10 and Katy Mills. The staff was nice and friendly.
