Very clean, appeared to be a newer hotel. The staff were very friendly, the hotel had lots of fun activities in the main area such as board games and pool(table). I love that they allow dogs. My girl was so happy to be able to come with us. While I love that they allow dogs, the dog fee seems excessive. $75 for a night is wild. I could see if they did some sort of higher deposit incase a dog damaged a room, like placing a hold on the card. To charge that much without damage is a lot.

Great selection for breakfast When booking, with a pet, which I put into the filters, was shocked to be charged another $84 for my lab to sleep in the room. I should have seen that charge before booking, as to compare properly.

It's appears to be newer construction. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was excellent (for a hotel included breakfast). We stayed twice, once on the way out to our destination and again on the way back home.

I was told that my room would be ready at 3pm. I arrive at 3:40 pm and after checking was given a key and confirmation that my room was ready just to find the poor cleaning lady still trying to frantically the room.

great addition to the Kearney area. Easy access from interstate and lots of great restaurants nearby. Definitely will choose to stay here when we are in Nebraska.
