Hilton Garden Inn Tri-Cities/Kennewick

If you have a delivery of any sort like door dash or food, they won’t let them deliver it to your room. They make them leave it at the front desk for you to inconveniently go down and grab it, so if you’re on the second or third floor just be prepared for that, keep in mind the elevators aren’t very quick.

The staff at this location are truly top notch.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a great place to stay when in Kennewick, WA. The staff was very helpful and were super friendly. There were only 2 things I noted and 1 was the hot tub seemed luke warm rather than "hot" and they don't give you a complimentary breakfast as most hotels these days do and the buffet was charging $16.95. I ordered from the menu, and the breakfast was delicious and served quickly, but I am used to having a complimentary breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very close to our concert venue. On site restaurant was appreciated.

Clean. Easy to navigate Not enough parking availability. Loud. Lots of noise bleeds through from other guest rooms and hallway activity

The hotel staff was unreal good they let us check in extremely early. Room was clean and well kept. Could it ask for a better experience close to the Toyota center.

Comfy bed Nope

We were very pleased with our stay. My husband commented, "this is way nicer than what we can usually afford. Did you see the cute restaurant?" I enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar, the staff was super helpful, and the location excellent. Would definitely stay again, and I heard my husband recommend it to his brother when we got home.

The staff is great. You can hear noises from other rooms. I stayed here before my Ironman 70.3 so I went to sleep early and it was bad.

The property was fine. The staff should have mentioned the 100.00 deposit they charged your card at check in. They seem to hire a lot of young staff members who could use some training in customer service.

Great Staff and very nice lobby & room.

Clean , helpful staff, great kitchen made breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front lobby staff was fabulous!! The girls were all so very pleasant and friendly! We were surprised there was a full bar in the lobby as well. What a nice addition!! We were surprised that breakfast wasn't included in our stay.

Quiet, beds were outstanding. No issues with our dog that travels with us. Just need to work out a billing issue with Expedia.com

Clean and nice feel. Nice set of amenities and decent rate.

The room was excellent, bathroom too. Staff was very nice. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to get breakfast before I left.

NICE HOTEL Our TV didn't work

Clean, mostly quiet and convenient.

Everything was perfect and beautiful. Breakfast was available so was dinner. Everything looked amazing and good. Didn't have time for that but everyone seemed to like it.
