Good place

Great stay. Was here on an unexpected layover when my flight got cancelled. Nice rooms and lounge area. Easy walking distance to some shops and restaurants. I would recommend!

The ac unit in room 329 qaa obnoxious nd loud. It did not work properly and never cooled our room below 70. It woke.us up in the night from rattling and making noise. There was a leaking ceiling light dripping water on the floor outside the elevator causing a very large puddle outside the elevator and outside or the entrance to the pool area.

Proxinity to the airport.

Great value, lots included at a great price! Awesome!

Everything is so clean from the minute you walk through the front door, even the parking lot is clean. The beds & pillows are so comfortable, nice big TV & bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staff is so amazing & having coffee in the lobby on the sofas was the perfect ending to a perfect stay! There isn’t anything I didn’t like about our stay here.

It was our first time staying at a Tru and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

Booking .com dropped the ball. Even though we had a confirmation number we had no reservation.

Pretty good, but missing cheese to put on the egg patties and warm cinnamon rolls like your competitors. Room is missing a comfortable chair in the corner for watching tv and the microwave for heating up water for tea or food. But I like that there is not a think comforter that looks nice but is always too hot for use.

Everything. It was clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, great coffee. Staff was friendly and price was very reasonable for quality of hotel! Met family and was nice to relax in lobby to just visit! Couple of things not available for breakfast. Thats it

Very good

So many structural issues with this brand. From room design to amenities to sound proofing. I want to like it, but fool me twice, I'm out. This particular property had trouble with broken juice machine, broken pancake machine, bad coffee. Too many issues. So much competition in value hotel, this one is not worth the headaches. Not sure why Hilton puts out this product. Avoid.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was great, and the food at breakfast was excellent. The little shop was very well stocked with a wide variety of items.

very nice and friendly host

All was good. Would stay again.

We arrived in the evening and only one parking space was available. Packed house. The staff was excellent! Very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was okay, but I acknowledge not everyone needs the same type of bed. I love the colorful vibe of Tru! I had no issues and would stay again.

Our first time at a tru hotel. We liked the king bed and the extra space it afforded us. The vibe was fresh and the breakfast was good. Jada was welcoming and very knowledgeable. We continued to look for tru hotels on our trip.
