the photos of our initial room were not indicative of the "boutique" hotel they described. after the first night when the shower wouldn't drain we requested a room change - this room looked like the website photos. the initial room didn't have soap, had 2 travel conditioners, 2 small "body towels" but no hand towels, peeling paint, furniture drawers that wouldnt shut - it was a hot mess!

This property used AI in the photos - our 2 bedroom looked a very run down and nothing like the photos. Different furnitures all together! The check in process was strange - they photocopy your credit card - I have yet to be charged. There is no soap, shampoo and the towels are very skimpy!

Nice staff, clean and sizable room with all necessary appliances and necessities. Close to everything in Key Biscayne, walking distance to restaurants. Television in the living room did not work well and could only access one chat

The place was relatively clean however sparsely furnished with minimal lighting. A single dangling lightbulb hung in the refrigerator. The mattresses crinkled with plastic covers. We left. We did not stay there. The smoke detectors had been removed and not replaced. We were afraid to even sleep on the beds. .

It doesn't look like this. It was horrible abandoned building. We asked for a refund and we're still waiting and they never refunded our money. We never even stood in the property.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.Upon arrival, I called the property manager, Alexandria, but she declined my call and texted that she could only communicate by text. I let her know we had arrived and asked about early check-in and directions to the office, as there were no visible signs. She never responded. My husband eventually found a woman who spoke very little English but helped as much as she could and gave us a key. Our room was already unlocked, with another key on the table. The check-in instructions did not provide a room number or clear directions—only that check-in was at 4 p.m. and beach keys had to be picked up at the office. Later, a man at the office gave us the private beach key but was not welcoming and repeatedly warned us not to lose it. The balcony door in our room did not lock, which was concerning, and the rooms are very outdated.We also met a resident who questioned how we got in and said many guests book but never stay because they cannot find Alexandria. That says a lot about the check-in process.The beds were okay for one night, and the pool area looked nice, but overall we felt undervalued and unwelcome. We would not stay at this location again. Please note in room: 4 towels no wash rags. No paper towels.

Location was good. The place was quiet. I slept well. The room did not have wash cloths, shampoo, or soap. I did ask about this, and was told that they don’t give wash cloths and that they were out of soap and shampoo. Staff found some body wash and hand towels to give. The room had a kitchenette, but no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. There was a sign posted that the pool had been shut down, so people weren’t supposed to use it, but people were swimming in it. When checking in, I requested a later checkout time, and was told we could stay until noon (usual time is 10 am). At 9:30 am the next day, someone knocked on our day saying we had to leave. This was unpleasant. I confirmed in the office, and was told noon was okay to leave. Crandon Park had a lot of Sargassum seaweed on the beach. It reduces the appeal of the beach. It’s sad.

NA Furniture in living room is very uncomfortable. No amenities such as dish soap, dish detergent, bath soap, shampoo, extra toilet paper. No napkins, paper towels, or salt and pepper.

The cleaning is very bad. The place is very deteriorated. There are no conditions for a vacation stay. They do not offer any supplies you have to bring your own soap, paper towel, beach/pool towel, trash bag. Pictures on the website are very misleading. I do not recommend.

It is very close to the ⛱️ , free parking and friendly staff. Hotel doesn't supply any soap for dishes, face or body and doesn't have any coffee in the room. There isn't any lobby for check-in, just a small office on the interior of the property, by the pool. It took me some time to find it, no signs posted.

Tuvimos una buena estancia en general, es un lugar muy bien ubicado y hay tranquilidad. Eso sí… si se hospeda en este lugar debe llevar de todo, porque no encontramos ni siquiera un jabón pequeño de cuerpo.
