Alexander Palms Court

We totally enjoyed our 5th stay! Beth was great at the desk. Property is intimate and beautiful. Love the pool! And the lighting around the pool at night is awesome. We will definitely be returning! Our only criticism was we didn’t have hot water. We reported it to the desk. We were offered a different room. But decided to remain where we were. Shower was a little cooler than we liked. But it was definitely refreshing!! We’re already looking forward to next time!

AC was awful & don't try talking to each other while they were running bc you couldn't hear each other... TV was under 30 inches & hard to hear when the AC was running or blaring when the AC turned off... The toilet was lose and shook when you went to sit down on it & there were cracks in the walls in the room... The property was clean, and quiet (no kids), and the pool was ICE COLD... lol They had clean towels for the pool, and even included sun block, and sun tan lotion (at no extra cost), and ice maker... Our room included a fridge & freezer (which was very useful during our stay), as well as a small stove, oven ( not a toaster oven) & kitchen sink... The property seemed dated & could use plenty of upgrades, but overall acceptable...

What a find!! We loved everything about our stay at the Alexander Palms Court. Perfectly located so close to Duval Street and all the Key West action. More than that though, this place is an oasis. So cute and comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Very cute little bungalow. Its dated but adorable. We loved it! Has a pool in the middle of the rooms. Gate locks and your given a key at check in to get in and out. Within walking distance to Mallory Square, Duvall. Would stay again.

The atmosphere, the staff, the location, the privacy all top tier! This will be my Key West home from now on

Courtyard and room were attractive, comfortable, and clean. AC worked well. Host was very friendly and gave excellent advice for dinner. Parking was great (but I don’t think they had many guests). Unit was generally up-to-date but had a few points (kitchen sink, stove, TV) that showed age.

The property was well maintained and clean. Our bungalow was well equipped with all supplies to make it feel like home. We needed our key to enter and exit the property which provided security. Looking forward to our next stay with Alexander Palm Court!

I enjoyed my stay there. It was very quiet. The room was spotless, the pool and pool deck were very clean. The office staff were very nice. I would stay there again.

Everything was wonderful. Definitely stay again.

This property is my go to spot when visiting key west, feels like home. Best location too!

Helpful staff

Clean room,very helpful staff, parking no problem but there during week. September excellent time to go Key West. Better prices at most restaurants.

Property manager Beth was very helpful, friendly and went out of her way to be sure we were satified with our accommodations. Everything was fine. No dislikes.

For a lower cost option it was sufficient. Room was clean. Smallest tv ever. A/c unit was rusty.

Great location. Staff was fantastic as well.

Beth at the front desk was super sweet and so helpful!
