Beautiful place with kind and considerate staff. The complimentary non-alcoholic drinks by the pool and in the lobby are a bonus. They also have a happy hour daily with complimentary wine. Be sure to write a message on the postcards that they send to nursing homes around the country. It’s the sweetest gesture! I’m a repeat guest for a reason.

This was such a cute guesthouse, everything I hoped for in a visit to Key West. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Air con in the room was a bit noisy but that can't be helped so no great issue

Beautiful property Lounge chairs by the pool were hard and uncomfortable.

It was nice. Get a smart tv 😂

It's close to everything and very quiet at the same time. Comfy bed lots of room in the room. I loved it.

Everything was Great! I wouldn't change a thing.

Location very good Staff friendly Pool not well maintained Breakfast and happy hour lacking compared to others

Walking distance to most of the big things to do I appreciate that this is a renovated property and the rooms are gonna be a little bit affected so to speak. But we shouldn’t have to get on our hands and knees and crawl around on the floor to try to plug in the typical things that people will bring with them on a trip. Outlets need to be a little bit more convenient or at least have some power strips that are close to the bed. Everything seemed a bit DIY, which is not what I would expect for the amount of money we were paying.

Friendly and helpful staff Honestly I can’t find anything I didn’t like. This was my fourth stay in 20 years. The new owners have done an excellent job updating the interior furnishings.

This is a gorgeously maintained and updated property built in 1891. Perfect location less than a block from historic Duvall street, but quiet inside. Staff is super friendly and focused on what it takes to make the stay fun! Highly recommend!
