Evergreen Condominiums by Vail Resorts

The whole area is beautiful and well maintained. The unit we stayed in was decorated so cute and very spacious. I loved the view walking out on the patio as well. It was quiet and peaceful. We swam at night and the only thing I would have wanted was a pool light. There was a spot on the wall that said pool light but no switch that we saw. It wasn’t a big deal though and we had tons of fun swimming still. This has been my favorite place to stay in Keystone so far!

Lovely outlook over the river to the mountains, nice facilities and lodge vibes.

Strict checkout hours, otherwise very nice stay

It was the nicest condo, beat my expectations. I arrived late, late due to flight delays. In the dark it was not the easiest to find (porch light was not left on although staff was notified that I would be late. But once inside it was fantastic, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Leave a porch light on when a guest is arriving late.

the room, the view the checkout process and the fact that they took a $200 deposit from me and told me it would be returned upon checkout…2 days later, it still hasn’t been returned. Most likely will never stay here again

We've stayed here a few times now. We absolutely love the Pines! We had a beautiful loft condo and it was perfect!

Let's just say a lot of poor communication getting wrong hours for when the health spa was open lots of little things that were broken or messed up in the room and property.

Great location, shuttle is right outside the door. The condo is dated but clean and comfy. The 3rd floor balcony has beautiful views.

The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic stay! Nicer than expected with exceptional mattresses and linen. Very large. Pool and hot tub were outstanding. Very good check in office with superb parking adjacent to building. Can’t wait to stay there again next year! Have stayed in area every year for 30 years and this is the best condo experience.

Please note, the pool facility that is listed on this rental is not available for this condo. There are two separate HOA’s, and two separate pools. As a result Homestead and Lodgepole have their own smaller pool. The pool that is listed on this rental is for the Pines HOA. Please update this because it is deceiving. We come here a lot for the bigger pool and we were not able to access it this time.

We were at the Vail wine Festival anbd decided to stay here overnight before retuning to Denver. We had a 2 bedroom, my wife and I and a friend who travels with us. We were shocked at the size of the unit. It was huge. Large dining room, big kitchen and double Livingroom area and an outside patio with chairs and table area. The kitchen had every device you would ever want and some you had not thought of. They were arranged impeccably. The bedrooms were large, each one with it's own bathroom. I cannot say enough about how spectacular our room was.

Great location for the area involved. Most amenities a sharp distance away.
