Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Philadelphia – King of Prussia by IHG

issues with the incredibly loud noise the elevator makes an entire hotel which we had nonstop at my first move then we had to move rooms to the attendance we were so nice to assist with once in the other room then the shower drain didn’t work call represent representative three other times in reference to it never got fixed on my trip. Was very frustrating

The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Also, their breakfast is pretty good too.

All good for the price I paid. Receptionists Anna was very polite. Breakfast was fine with good options, room very nice, clean and quiet.

Good location & friendly staff Very outdated room. Mold in shower

You have to request the balcony

Friendly staff, good value. Okay to stay for a night Cleanliness is average, the bedroom and bathroom were not fully cleaned between day an day. Fitness center facilities are very basic and could be cleaner as well

Very good

Location was convenient.

Awesome Hope they had waffle maker

The staff was exceptional. Very clean room. The only suggestion I would make is more usb charging ports, preferably near the bed.

nice clean-good brakefast. the room is small .

Room was clean, staff was awesome.

Most of the staff was super nice and helpful Everything was clean and well maintained

Coffee available 24 hrs. Room clean. Noise from highway.

This hotel reeked of weed smell and it's everywhere, including the hallway and in rooms. One of the double bed was right next to the AC unit and it was very cold and damp. I had to turn it off to sleep and that did not help the dampness. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, unless they enjoy the smell of weed.

Beds were comfy and clean. AC was cold and consistent. Bathroom is small.

We were there for Villanova parents weekend. It was a lovely stay. Breakfast included hit the spot. We enjoyed the cinnamon buns.

The hotel (to me) seemed a little dated once out of the lobby .. the room was very small almost dorm room like.. The bed.. wow .. was SO hard it felt like I was sleeping on plywood and couldnt really sleep well. breakfast was a disappointment especially for a Holiday Inn Express

The free breakfast was good. Had a good variety. The elevator keep getting stuck. Our toilet didnt flush when I complained the lady at the front desk offered me a plunger to fix it myself. I didnt clog it. It was pretty convenient to the mall and other restaurants so that was a plus.

Ok stay, shower could use some bleach on the tiles for mold, mattress was a bit too firm.
