Honestly, very little. The room had noticeable wear, strange odors, and felt poorly maintained. Noise from other guests and the surrounding area made it hard to relax, and the overall environment didn’t feel welcoming or comfortable. The staff seemed disengaged and slow to respond to issues. The AC barely worked, the linens looked old, and the bathroom needed serious attention. The property felt neglected, and the stay was far below expectations for the price.

Unfortunately, not much. The room felt dated and needed maintenance, and the overall cleanliness didn’t meet expectations. The photos online looked far better than reality, and the atmosphere was noisy most nights.What didn’t you like? Customer service was inconsistent, and communication was poor. The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the Florida heat, and the parking area was cramped. The property could use major updates and better upkeep.

Oh, I loved walking into a room that looked like it was curated by someone who’s never heard of cleaning supplies. The peeling paint, the mystery stains, and the “vintage” (aka broken) furniture really gave the place character. The flickering lights added a nice touch too — nothing says “relaxing stay” like feeling you’re about to be jump‑scared in your own hotel room. Pretty much everything else. The staff seemed allergic to customer service, housekeeping must operate on a once‑a‑week schedule, and the AC wheezed like it was begging for retirement. The bathroom was a whole adventure: mold, grime, and water pressure so weak it felt like the shower was politely suggesting I stay dirty. The parking lot was a cramped mess, and the entire property looked like it was maintained by someone who only shows up when the planets align. Truly a masterclass in how not to run a hotel.

Staff was friendly, and responded quickly to our needs. Was surprised everyone from the office was gone at 6pm, and didn’t return till 10am the next day. Wasn’t able to ask them for the WiFi password or get extra pillows till next day. If you are in need of a room for a night, that’s what it is. The room was clean, but just a standard room. Not located in the worst area but not the greatest as well. We just needed a place to sleep as we were gone most of the day, so it suited our needs. Pool was clean , only fits 11 people at a time and closes at 6pm. Room had a working small refrigerator in the room which helped us out a lot for having cold drinks. There is also a coffee maker and a microwave. 3/5 stars, would stay again if just needed a room for the night.

The beds were comfortable staff was very polite

We got a room that had just been renovated. The bathroom is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Above all, everything is so CLEAN. Staff was kind and attentive!!! And I don’t think you can find a better price. Also, the location!!! Anything you need is just around the corner. The bathroom door doesn’t close entirely but I think it’s because the renovation. In our case it didn’t really matter but other people might not like it.

The cockroaches in the room and the dirty floor the uncomfortable bed and chunky pillows also crack heads and drug dealers and deals happening in the parking lot vending machine had bugs and no ice machine
