I was skeptical and pleasantly surprised. Clean, neat, simple, good size room. Like the LVP flooring (no questionable carpet!). Pets really do stay free!! Only negative I found was breakfast. Very limited options so the nearby McDonald’s was needed.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It’s a clean and affordable place to stay. We will continue to stay here when visiting family in Knoxville.

Expensive for basically a bed. Sink was plugged. Beds and pillows.so-so.

This was a quick stop on our trip home. The room was basic, but met our needs for a good nights sleep and a hot shower. Was disappointed to see A LOT better rates online after we booked.

Comfortable room- small but adequate. Very noisy being right next to highway- breakfast left a lot to be desired

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was fine, and I liked the fact that I was able to open the window for fresh air. The room was basically clean, and the linens were fresh. But there were some parts of the bathroom that needed a little more attention. The floor was sticky, but I believe that was because the ratio of soap to water in the mop bucket must have been a little off. The floor had clearly been cleaned. The shower was good. We appreciated the pet friendly policy.

The location is great! Food, gas and shopping easily accessible. The staff was amazing, there was a issue with the room cards and I was met at the elevator with a replacement 😊. The rooms were clean mostly besides some very long hairs throughout the bathroom in the sink, tub and on the floor. The staff made this place most enjoyable.

The woman at the front/check-in desk was very nice, as well as helpful. Air-conditioning in room was quiet and extremely efficient. Our room and bathroom were spotless and very clean. As a matter of fact, the bathtub/shower area could have passed as brand new.

An excellent value and restful experience is my take away.

If you are just passing through and getting your kid situated for school this is a great place to sleep and have a quick continental breakfast...

Staff was amazing, the room made me sad .. A picture on the wall and some warmer lights would have made a huge difference.

everything was clean and new, including the ice machine which was accessible 24/7. there were no other amenities other than refrigerator and microwave but all in all is very nice place for the price

The receptionist was asleep in her chair when I first arrived, but she attended to my needs when I came to the counter. For the price, the hotel was very good. It is pretty basic, but I found the room very clean with a nice bathroom with a good shower. The hallways and stair case could use some cleaning. I would have no problem recommending this for a traveler who wants a clean room, bed and shower, with a safe place to park. The price was excellent, which I appreciated. Also, there were a number of places to eat nearby, including a Cracker Barrel which you could walk to in about four minutes. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room well set up with desk, strong internet, comfortable bed and bathroom. Friendly welcoming staff. Highly recommended - especially for the price.

Your breakfast are terrible. I wouldn't even call it breakfast know where to sit down. No cream for the coffee. No milk. No butter for the waffles. Almost nothing else to eat. Breakfast is a joke

Staff was very nice! Bed is extremely hard and not very comfortable. And if you’re a light sleeper be sure to bring ear plugs, walls are paper thin!

Clean rooms and comfortable mattress and pillows. Great dinner option nearby.
