Great location, very helpful staff, easy valet parking option. Everything is walkable (Cove - Sea Lions, restaurants, shopping). Arrive valet your car, find your hotel room and explore. Make sure to check out the Birdseye which is above the Cormorant for evening drinks/food and watch the sunset.

Great location, no elevator, pillows are hard and uncomfortable, mattress was very good. My room had a window that I couldn’t block the light so I was getting sunlight very early in the morning.
-
This was a complete gem! We chose it for location and price and when we got there were very pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, what a great location it was, and what a great view we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay and staff was fantastic!
-
Great location. Water a block away. Balcony with water view. Very pleasant and helpful staff. No elevator but staff asked if I needed assistance. Bit rundown here and there but nothing intolerable and room was very clean.

Everything was wonderful

Excellent location. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

The hotel is positioned well near the beach, restaurants, and shops. It is noisy and sleeping was difficult because a busy road runs in front. The staff were helpful, especially Nick who gave us good advice and towels for the beach. The little bar and restaurant is cute either good views.
-
The property was close to the beach and had a view of the ocean as promised. But they use way too much carpet fresh in the room, and the smell was overpowering. The air conditioner was also very, very loud so much so that I needed to wear my noise canceling AirPods to be able to sleep.
-
Nice hotel. A little noisy as it’s right on the street, and rooms are a little old fashioned. But it does the job!
-
The staff was very helpful. The rooftop restaurant was great. The location is very convenient to downtown area. We rented a golf cart from the hotel and we were able to drive the coastal area.
-
Very good location and comfortable bed. The room was very spacious and the valet service was great
-
Staff was very friendly and helpful, terrific! Room was outside kitchen staff wash room, very noisey
-
The location was very good, near lots of shops and the beaches. The rooftop bar was nice, and the staff were helpful when they could be reached. The snack shop downstairs is very useful for getting last minute items or, well, snacks. The room was very noisy, as it was the right below the rooftop bar and every morning you can hear staff dragging tables and chairs around. Also, it was very hard getting a hold of anyone after 8-10 pm. We called the front desk multiple times to request late checkout and nobody picked up the phone - even though we tried calling repeatedly over the course of several hours!

Very good location

Clean, good area.

Superb
-
The hotel was clean and in very good condition. The staff were great. The downside was the noise from bar above. Each morning I was woken up at 7 AM by chairs moving and the cleaners working.
-
A lot of stairs they only have a lift available just a fyi
-
The front desk staff was very accommodating from check in to storing my bags. They are quite militant and strict about checking out right on time. The food servers use the same stairway as the guests so be sure to peak around the corners for plates of appetizers or entrees coming up the stairs. The location was perfect for the event that I was attending as well as the proximity to the beach, park, shops and restaurants.
