This hotel is gross a midnight ballerina wouldn't stay here. Room is gross shower was worse.

Very clean. Bathroom door was not maintained/rusted? Bathroom door didn't close properly. I was charged twice for the room and waited several days for a refund. Staff was very nice.

Location was good . Run down, not like the pictures at all . The advertised coffee pots in room , there was not! Advertised breakfast , it was tiny yogurt cup, maybe a pastry or two , and coffee . Poorly run and very noisy. Look elsewhere !!

We stayed one night before our cruise. There were some interesting characters hanging outside the hotel. Breakfast was minimal. No elevator but room was clean and it was comfortable enough for one night.

Paint peeling. Dirty floors. Dirty bathroom. Floor was cracked and peeling off; I cut my foot walking.

The smell in the room was horrible.

The old lady asked for my bank card pin number instead of asking for me to input it myself. It states on the Expedia site that you take Discover cards. The old lady runs my card and says rudely that my card was declined twice. When actually you don’t take discover. Room was run down and smelly. Property run down. As for the free breakfast or lack of was rediculous.
