For a Motel 6 the stay was ok. Cleanliness was not the greatest. Upon first appearance, the room looked nice and clean; however, once you took your shoes off and walked for a few minutes on the floor, our socks immediately showed that the floors were far from clean. The same went for the counters. There was some sort of sticky residue on some of the counters. I called for extra pillows and towels and was not provided any unless I exchanged my own downstairs. I guess you can complain for the price you pay, however I don't think we will stay again.

The room and motel in general was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. The surrounding area felt very safe and there was a 7-11 nearby so that was very convenient. Staff were very nice and kind. Nothing that I can think of. I liked everything.

Good for the price. Centrally located to our college kids. Room was clean-ish. Door knobs and light switches could have used a wiping down with visible make up on them before we arrived.

We were visiting our son who is a student at SDSU. It’s close to campus. Bottom line: It’s clean, inexpensive, close to campus and had free parking. Nothing else is provided which was fine with us; we used it as a crash pad. Only hot water came out of even the cold faucet setting.

Staff was friendly and nice. Parking, was not bad. We liked how there was shaded parking. Air Conditioning worked real well with the crazy heat over the weekend. Only couple of complaints I have is... 1 - The rooms were a bit dusty. The counters, bed frames, and the hangers. 2 - I did not like that house cleaning was done without our knowledge. We had personal things we left in the room and for someone to go in there without us knowing was very uncomfortable. There were no safes for us to store personal important items especially with house cleaning coming in and out of our room without our knowledge. 3 - The refrigerator was not cold enough. 4 - There were small bugs flying around near the bathroom sink. It was kind of gross. 5 - Good thing we brought our own towels, because the towels provided seemed like they've been sitting there for days collecting dust. Again, kind of gross. Location wasn't bad because it was only an 8 minute drive to the venue we needed to be at and there was a lot of places to eat. However, because of the complaints I listed above, I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

It was a very clean, quiet motel, and very kind and welcoming staff. It’s very hard to find a decently priced hotel/Motel when I come visit San Diego, but this one was just perfect!

A/C didn’t work, tv doesn’t have hookups, one adult towel, we’ll never be back and place public notice how bad in a nice area!!!

The room was what you would expect. Clean and basic. Would have been great if there were laundry facilities .

Wife and I opted to stay here for a night during a heatwave and power outage at our home so we could get a good night's rest in AC on a work night. Rooms look to be newly renovated and clean. Front desk staff were polite, helpful and professional. We would stay here again under similar circumstances.
