Great hotel

very nice! worth the price!

Nice clean place. Spacious rooms and very nice staff. Amenities were blah. TVs not very good, broken remote. Basic channels in the room.

Superb

Great location from the Lake Forest Sports Park. Had a great free breakfast with a nice selection of food and drink. Pool was nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing.

Good

Very good

It was good Nothing

The room was very clean. I like the view of the pool and basketball court from my windows. The location was perfect.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay in truly special. All the staff were friendly and ready to help. The rooms were cozy and clean.

Friendly, helpful, courteous staff. The AC in my room wasn't working properly and required service.

Exceptional

Perfect staff, nice dinner

Hotel was pretty clean and affordable . Great breakfast buffet . Staff was nice .

Excellent hotel. Probably the best I’ve stayed in SoCal in this category. It’s quiet, well-maintained, clean pool, decent breakfast, they have a free guest laundry (you only need to pay for detergent), they gift you treats when you leave, they have free happy hour snacks on week days. Lovely staff. Really great hotel all over, I highly recommend it. Only super small nitpicking comments: they need to set up filtered water fountains instead of providing water bottles (to get rid of plastic pollution) and to provide decent tea options. I get that more people prefer coffee but please just get regular green tea, English breakfast, and chamomile for tea lovers. Lipton Yellow is the worst tea you can possibly pick…

The staff were always very kind and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Even though I returned three months after my previous visit, they remembered me right away. I was truly impressed by their warm and friendly service. It was a wonderful experience, and I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint? I couldn’t find anything to complain about!
