TownePlace Suites by Marriott Irvine Lake Forest

Great stay! Definitely using the hotel again!

Good

Woke up to find ants crawling all over my bed and nightstand and in my water glass which my wife drank from several times during the night!! Broken large corner of bathroom mirror which had been glued back on?? Ceiling sheetrock separating over shower. Carpet so dirty that my feet left dirt in the shower pan as I stepped in. Lamp shades stained. Wasn’t this way just two months ago when I stayed in the same exact room! Shows very terrible maintenance and lack of detail. When I told front desk staff he was very somewhat rude saying only “ we have a pest remediation company and asked if I saw the ants on the first night I was there in a very condescending tone implying that somehow I brought the ants to this room???? Anyway, We wont be back!

everything was good I like it

Exceptional

Our room looked really cool and was well designed. It had a very functional kitchen. Air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable, and the shower was a real treat. We enjoyed the breakfast and the family atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming. Only thing I would ask for is body lotion, and a shower cap in the room, and plastic cups for the bathroom.

Room and common area is clean and well maintained. Good breakfast with waffle makers, and fruit.

Spacious room

Staff was super helpful and so welcoming! Will definitely book again if found to be in Irvine in the future!

Lobby smelled Amazing! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice setup.
