The location, how big is. The bed sheets weren’t changed, which is pretty obvious. Also, the breakfast wasn’t heated well, especially the potato, which was cold. The eggs were also a bit saggy, so we had to make do with French toast, bagels, and sausage.

I didn’t like anything at all about this place . Location es very secluded , we had to get the keys at a nice building and drive a few minutes to the worst place I have ever stayed . The unit was not clean , there was another door separating our room from another couple and we didn’t feel safe at fall .

Room/suite was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty setting. The continental breakfast hot food wasn't very good.

Loved the home like feel of the room. I understand why it’s highly recommended. I would love to do a longer stay so I can enjoy the amenities and explore the area.

It was a very quaint and peaceful stay. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the spacious suite, amenities, and cute breakfast. Logan at check in was so informative and friendly and Christine at check out was so courteous while making the process a breeze! The door had some structural damage upon arrival but most importantly worked. Everything else was wonderful, clean, working and well designed.

It is very clean and very quiet, most of the time. Nothing to complain about, but a suggestion. I think it’s great you allow pets, but perhaps you could keep guests with pets separate from those without pets. Our immediate neighbor had a dog that barked at any movement or sound. Very annoying.

Too expensive for what it offers. Some amenities were closed. The property is not well maintained. The toilet was stained, the room smells like grease. There was loud music all night that didn’t let us rest. The furniture is outdated. No garbage can in the bathroom. For the price, not worthy at all. We stayed there as last minute stop, otherwise we would have looked for something else.

When we arrived, there were signs that said split rock is closed for renovations until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience. We called the main line and they said to go to their other property… Which looked just as deserted. No big signage for the main desk or the main lobby. It ruined our trip. The kids were scared. We drove back home. Would never attempt to stay here again.

I was a little worried after seeing some of the reviews but I had an excellent experience. I spent one night here to celebrate my 2 year anniversary. We stayed here after the Lantern Festival. They had a romance package and the room was set up beautifully. My partner was so happy. I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews and went with my instincts. Everything turned out perfect. Only thing I had a minor problem was the cleanliness of the jet jacuzzi. It wasn't anything crazy. We rinsed it out and all was good.

Todo estuvo muy bien .,, solo que el desayuno le falta un poco más de organización por que se termina muy rápido y si crearán senderos para caminar sería mucho mejor

The staff was very helpful the place was immaculate very clean quiet professional. I was so impressed I will be back soon. The breakfast was extremely delicious. Thank you so much God bless you all I will be back soon hopefully I'll get the same hotel suite again❤️❤️
