Super 8 by Wyndham Latham/Albany Airport

The front desk clerk was helpful and polite. The small breakfast offerings were slim with a very small area for patrons to sit and eat. We chose to go off property to find breakfast. The mattresses in our room seemed broken down but we did sleep ok. The issue came to the bathroom in our room. The room may have been hurriedly cleaned as the floor in the whole room was very wet due to just being mopped. The housekeeping staff needs to be shown how to disinfect a toilet seat better and the tub caulking desperately needed to be redone. There was so much mildew and mold, we wouldn’t have even considered taking a shower in it! The fact that Wyndham has their name attached to this tells me that they aren’t sending anyone out to look at the daily protocols or putting any emphasis on the condition of this place! Look elsewhere for a room to stay and spend a little more money to do so….

Clean and convenient

Clean room and bathroom and facility all around, including clean fridge in the room. Helpful staff, 24 hour check in meant no problem for a 2am arrival. coffee bar. Couldn’t really ask for more in a budget hotel. This will be my go to for myself and visiting family and friends

Purchased a 4 night stay through Expedia. Upon check-in, front desk asked for a credit card to pay for my early check-in/late check-out charge as well as for a $100 incidentals charge that would be refunded. They however also charged me again for the 4-night stay! Upon checkout, the front desk said that they would issue a refund, however it never showed up in my account. Don’t stay here if you are purchasing through a third party site. They will charge you twice and steal your money!!!!

While the sheets were clean as was the bathroom, there was a used washcloth behind the chair in the room and someone's hair tie on the night stand. The bed wasn't super comfortable.

My room was clean & amenities were good. I didn’t use air conditioning or breakfast.

The lobby smelled terribly of marijuana when we arrived at 10pm. Someone was clearly smoking in the lobby. The fridge in the unit made a terrible sound and my husband had to shove something under it to level it. There was a bug on the air conditioning unit. The beds were only full size, I was expecting queen.

It was clean only problem I had was there was no toothpaste. There was no Wi-Fi connection even though they gave us the password, but it was awful. Trying to get in to get Wi-Fi. Air-conditioning was good. The room was nice and clean. The beds were a little comfortable.

No elevator. Breakfast was yogurt, cereal, danishes, coffee and juice. It’s an older motrl, but it was clean and neat

The breakfast was not that good, no iron to iron the clothes.

I can have breakfast there. I had a very early flight to tomorrow morning. The super motels are in dire need of updating. I know they’re cheap but come on we live in America.

Property was well fought out and well laid out and would have been perfect. Except for the fact that in the bathroom, there was mold growing on the grout between all the tiles on top of some of the grout that were round the tiles on the floor and it seemed like there were stains and ceiling where there had been a previous problem that wasn't fixed completely. It just gave a sense that the overall potential for those that might have been allergic to mold or whatever was on the tile. And embedded in the grout, which were three different colors, could have been problematic. Otherwise find good help tentive and so forth

The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. I love the fact the rooms have linoleum flooring-I wish more hotels did that, feels so much cleaner. And the room was affordable. Better than most "higher" quality hotels I've stayed in. Plus housekeeping came while we were out-most hotels don't even offer that anymore, only upon "request". I'm really pleased with everything. I guess the only thing that would've made it better was a coffee maker but there was coffee downstairs, promptly, in the morning so I can't even complain about that.

The shower pressure was absolutely terrible. Im glad i didnt have to wash my hair! It smelled a little musty but was decent enough to snag a few hours of sleep before we had to get back on the road. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room was clean enough that I stayed 😊but bring your shower shoes. The floor was sticky. Sheets had the faint scent of bleach which was comforting to me. Breakfast was weak. Staff were not overly friendly, but not rude. Parking was fine. There was an odor that was stuffy type. Not foul or sour. AC worked, basic TV.
