It is centrally located. The bed was low so not difficult to get in to. Waiting on staff to check out. Front desk gone for about 15 minutes and had to wait to check out while we heard them talking in the back room. No bell to ring to notify staff that someone is waiting at the front desk. Beds extremely uncomfortable making sleep sporadic. Orange moldy gook in shower by door hinges. Had maid service when specifically requested no maid service during stay. Have issues with feeling safe when people enter the room I’m staying in when I’m not there.

Everything but the bed. The bed was a rock. Should add bacon to the breakfast buffet.

We always stay at a Fairfield and have always been pleased. This was no exception. We had an excellent stay.

It was just across an oil refinery. Nothing mentioned this! I would not have booked this property if I had known. The air was full of oily residual.

Staff was extremely friendly, within walking distance of Walmart & nice little brewery with great food. Breakfast options were impressive compared to most hotels. Were part of a group celebrating a wedding, allowed us use of all areas to sit & visit. Ample parking & easy access to come & go. Much easier than dealing with the congestion of Billings.

Bathroom was not cleaned, no bath towels were left in the bathroom and the soap/shampoo dispensers were empty

A lot of things have changed at this hotel, you can tell they had to cut down on cost. The bkft is waffle’s and bagels, coffee was out of cream at 9 am. If you weren’t out of your room by 8 am you were handed fresh towels, no one came in at all. Used to be pet friendly, now they charge $75 extra a night. There is a very strong lemon cleaner smell and not a good one every time you enter the elevator. We will look else where, which is a shame because we come 2-3x’s a year.

Only issue was a good place to eat. Mostly all fast food or a bar.

We enjoyed staying at the Fairfield in Laurel Montana. It was spacious, and clean and the free breakfast was wonderful!

Room a good size, clean and tidy. Location easy access to main roads, but supprisingly quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room decoration was a bit 'big chain' boring, but we were only there one night - so no problem
