Clean room

We have stayed here before we like the location it’s convenient The room had a strong bleach smell when we first arrived had to get house keeping to spray. The air conditioning had a issue. But otherwise everything else was ok.

Nice and professional staff, new and clean rooms. Good location.

The room & the property was very clean. The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was so cute and quaint. I loved that there was a pool table in the lobby area.

I found a used hair barrette near the bathroom sink. The body wash dispenser had less than 1/4 of product, which made my shower end very quick. The staff was very helpful.

We had a great stay. It was super clean and modern. Amenities were great housekeeping was on top of it. Majority of the staff was great it was just the day we checked out. Called the day prior to check out to see how late was late check out & if we could checkout late. The person who answered the phone was unsure and asked that we call back later. Called back later & was told it was $50 for late checkout and we could stay until 4pm. Agreed to pay the extra, thanked the person & confirmed the room number the day before checkout. 10:58 was woken up by housekeeping who apologized & said check out was 11am. Let them know we paid for late checkout out. 11:15am another person knocked & said check out was 11am. We let this person know again we paid for late checkout. She apologized & left. 3:58pm a man came to the door and said we needed to leave because late checkout was at 4pm. Let the man know we were just grabbing our bags & leaving. The man proceeded to stand and wait for us to leave the room. Up until checkout our experience was great and would have been perfect if the man did not come to tell us again we needed to leave prior to 4pm. The house keeper & the lady who came after housekeeping were very nice & apologetic. It was annoying to be woken up but miscommunications happen. It was just not necessary for the man to come to our room prior to 4pm and stare till we left the room. He didn’t offer to assist with the door or our bags he just stared & was clearly annoyed

It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved just about everything. The pillows were the WORST I have ever slept on (or should I say tried to sleep on). My neck still hurts.

The location Paying for parking

Overall, I still had a positive impression of the staff despite an unfortunate experience during my stay. After 1:00 a.m., I was unable to sleep because of loud music coming from somewhere nearby and a strong marijuana smell that was coming into my room. I initially tried calling the front desk, but unfortunately no one answered. I then went downstairs to report the issue. When the problem was not resolved right away, I returned to the front desk, and the staff ultimately moved me to another room. They were apologetic and made a genuine effort to help, and they also removed the $9 parking charge as a gesture of apology. While the situation itself was definitely unpleasant and disrupted my sleep, I appreciated how the front desk staff handled it once I spoke with them in person. Things do not always go perfectly at a hotel, but good service is often about how problems are handled. In that regard, I felt the staff did their best to make things right, and I appreciate their assistance.

Mattress was a bit lumpy

The location was perfect next to the mall and near eating spots. Facility was nice and clean. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Fourth floor noise all day and night...stomping, running just being loud. Was asked if kids were above us told by staff that it was a cleaning machine that was very loud. If in fact it was a cleaning machine it should not be ran all night and day, having a good nights sleep and resting during the stay was greatly needed.

This hotel was like a rated x film making place. No noise proof and front desk didn't answer my call asking calm night. Paid appx 200bucks for a room where I could't sleep at all.

The room setup was surprising, it has been an experience staying at more modern hotels, but it was very clean. The overall stay was comfortable. I'm not a fan of the extra charge for parking. I will say the lot felt very small and seemed to barely have enough space to fit all guests because I had to drive around to fins a spot.
