Great place, great room set up

This is a brand new hotel, so some of the operational things will get more polished over time. We had a mishap during check-in that caused some problems and frustrations. The hotel over-booked our room, so we did not get to stay in the room that we booked. We were not offered an upgrade, but were downgraded into a smaller room with no cost offset for the difference. The room we were placed in, the air conditioning did not work. We ended up getting moved to a different room. Once we got settled in, the stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was good, but there was no drinking water. It wasn't the best check-in experience after a long day of driving and travel. But I'm sure this brand-new hotel will get things squared away soon and otherwise was a very nice place to stay in a great area.

Perfect hotel in a beautiful city!!! The hotel was super nice, staff were great and the city is amazing! Will stay again soon!

The room was very comfortable and we liked the layout of the room. There was a couple of times when there were piles of bedding on the floor in the hallway outside our room. Also, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we got to our room the first time.
