Nothing The room/facility was in poor repair, non-smoking room smelled like marijuana, felt unsafe, definitely extra curricular activites going on next door. No towels provided, toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and there was a hole there.

Door wouldn't lock. No towels. Comforter was still wet. There was hair and dirt all over the bathroom

There were bed bugs. Had to leave in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep there.

Nothing, this place is so dirty Walking into my room I immediately notice this room is not clean. There was visibly dirt and dust on the floors, in corners and walls. All the drawers in the dresser and nightstand were also collecting dirt and dust. Food crumbs on the ac unit. Examining the bed,(because who isn’t pulling everything up to check where you’re going to sleep?) there were crumbs, dirt, and hair on the sheets and pillows. The bathroom was disgusting, inside the toilet and surrounding area was not wiped down nor scrubbed. The one and only roll of toilet paper was more than halfway gone. When I went back down to say I’m not staying here and to get a refund, the lady was immediately defensive, while talking she was smirking and looked annoyed at our request. The lady asked if I wanted to see if they had another room, and saying it had been twenty minutes since I checked in. Even though I had to drive around back and carry luggage upstairs, and then the time to look around the place. She said she had to go check out the room; came back said the sheets were pulled back and that things were moved/touched so she refused to refund my money - she told me I could do a complaint through booking.com. So I did, and booking.com needed approval from the motel in order to issue a refund, and of course she declined.

Nothing, even for the price this place was awful Everything, bugs all over the place, reeked of cigarette smoke, burn holes on the blanket, sheets had yellow stains, toilet kept flushing itself all night, bed was extremely uncomfortable

There was nothing good about this hotel; it seems like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There was blood on the pillows and sheets, and to top it all off, I found a bloody sanitary pad under the sheets. I ran out of there, and they’ll never see me again! Clean Good property need turn phone in room on tho for wake up calls

Nothing!!! The place was a hotbed of drug dealers and questionable activities. I only decided to stay there because they were working on my apartment, and I work nights. There was loud construction going on, and I canceled my reservation...I NEVER STAYED THERE!!! Booking. com kept my money, so I had to get my bank involved to get my money back! Did they roll out the red carpet for me? NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! If it wasn't so horrible, it would be funny...like a Seinfeld episode, but this wasn't fiction, this was real life!! I travel frequently as I work for American airlines. If you want to have my business again, you need to throw me a bone!!! Seriously!!
