No meeting room, which would’ve been helpful. Breakfast room was closed off and could not be used except for breakfast.

Room was not clean
-
We came in late and crashed the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.
-
The room was clean; the bed very comfortable; the hot breakfast was not great
-
Hotel is very convenient to I-80. Room was okay for the price. The shower was dirty.
-
Close to I-80, restaurants and gas. The perfect spot for an overnight stay.
-
No coffee pot in room only 1 thermos in the kitchen area it was empty takes 10 minutes to make a pot. I suggested they need at least 2 with this big of a motel with no coffee pots in the rooms.

Very poor

I was arriving late and the desk called to check I was still coming in. The front desk guy greeted me, and recognized my name front the call. Super friendly guy. It's nothing fancy, but safe, convenient and clean location. Breakfast was lacking, but I planned to get local food anyway. Coffee from the pot wasn't great - but these are my only minor complaints. Bed slightly on the firmer side but not bad.

Exceptional
-
Nice fairly quiet motel with easy access to the Interstate. Room and lobby were clean. The AC worked well. I didn't have a chance to try the WiFi. The breakfast was pretty basic but ok for the price of the room.

Great place , staff very friendly and helpful. The walls a little thin. Loud snoring next door

Nice room, great staff checking in. Location was good, not in the heart of Lincoln which was nice. Quiet and easy free parking.. Great rates!!! Would go back again.

I chose this place because of the high guest rating and the affordable rate. The staff were friendly, my room was clean. There are a few places to eat nearby. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.
