Checking in.

Good place to spend the night and have a drink and food at their bar. The room would have been excellent but for the smell of musty and a slight urine odor. It wasn't enough to complain bout as one of us tolerated it better . Other than that the room was clean and beds comfy.

Passable

Front desk staff didn't acknowledge me even though they were working on the computer. Another staff person is the Bistro area had to remind them I was there. They said they knew that but they were working on someone's account. The hotel room was worn - knicks/scratches on furniture, tub looked scratched Ice maker on floors 3 and 2 were not working. My room was 315

The staff was polite and friendly The first room they gave me had a broken door latch that would not lock. The second room had bedbugs. There were big spiders in the bathroom. The third room had a clogged bathtub drain that filled up to my shins when I showered. The dining table in the lobby was filthy.

Very comfortable. Everything was great.

The happy hour quesadilla was delicious. There was a great assortment of snacks near the check-in counter. I enjoyed going for a walk the afternoon I arrived. My room was really quiet! The shuttle to the airport was prompt and the driver was very courteous. The TV screen at the bar was broken.

It was convenient to be near the airport. The shuttle passed by quickly but when I called to ask for the shuttle I was put on hold for a while. We got lucky that the shuttle passed by quickly since I was still on hold when it did. The amenities are not great, I would suggest at least leaving some water bottles inside the room. The wallpaper next to the elevator was peeling off. Overall the hotel felt old, but I did read that they’ll be renovating soon.

It's easy to locate and close to many shipping places. The toilet and sink stopped up when I arrived. I was etc tooth to a funeral so I didn't have time to have them cleared. They would gradually empty but not well. The bed was comfortable. The room and bath area were clean as were the appliances and furniture. The food from the bar was good but not delivered. Have to wait at the bar which is about 15 minutes. Second time I've stayed there and it was acceptable both times. Staff is particularly helpful.

Only location is good here I was provided with a room that was full of trash, not even a mattress done, room not ready and have to wait until they validate other rooms ready.

TV did not work and had to wait for the staff to repair

the staff at the front were rude in way of the lady at the desk, online booking wouldn't allow me to do check in any other way but standing in line at the hotel itself. The check in area smelled like an ashtray and the hotel itself was a bit rundown. The TV quality was poor, the wifi was not good. No fridge in the room. Just a bare bones hotel, see above

WE ARRIVED TO LEARN THAT THERE WAS NO BOOKING. FRONT DESK STAFF WAS NEW AND RUDE AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO BOOK US A NEW ROOM. WE DROVE 2 HOURS BACK HOME AND EXPEDIA REFUNDED OUR MONEY

Great location and spacious rooms

Front desk was rude and dismissive. They did not have my reservation when I arrived even though I paid in full for a non-refundable room. Expedia tried calling and I watched them not answer the phone and when I said Expedia was trying to call, they said they were helping guests first. I guess I was not considered a guest? This was after I already waited in line and then was told to stand to the side while they worked it out. All in all I ended up waiting about 40 minutes and it ended up they did not have a room for me and I had to go elsewhere.
