Extended Stay America Suites Baltimore BWI Airport Aero Dr

Location Wasn’t very clean at all.

Location It was dirty. Breakfast included was a bagged muffin and oatmeal packet.

This definitely used for sex trafficing The smell of human body odor and smoke, as if many people crammed in a small space in the heat with cigarette

Clean & great staff! Close & convenient to the light rail to downtown Baltimore!

Na Property needs to be updated

The staff during the evening hours are extremely helpful once you can reach them. They are often busy with other guests, as there appears to be only one staff member on duty in the evenings. I am usually gone during the day.

Love this place the ppl that work here are very friendly and sweet...Definitely will always be my 1st place to stay

Nothing

There was a roach in my room, when I asked for a refund I was told I can’t only get half. This is a major inconvenience The general manager was rude and not helpful at all.

Property needs to be renovated.

Very clean and comfortable

It had a sink and stove As I sat near front desk 29 minutes waiting for someone to come and check me in, continued marijuana and then smell got stronger. Once checked in, the floor my room located also had very strong marijuana and I could not breath, giving me health/breathing issues.

I have nothing good to say so I’ll just leave it at that now I’m lying. The staff was nice.

It smelled like urine and it was an overall gross experience The whole hotel was horrible

I like the location to 295, 695, 195, and BWI Airport. The hotel is in desperate need of moderation and more lighting in the hallways! All of the room doors ? didn't close properly and you could easily hear other people's conversations I would never stay at that location again!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The hotel and room were very dirty There were burgs throughout the facility and in the room. The customer service was poor and unhelpful. There were fights and excessive noise during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Police were outside the hotel frequestly. There appeared to be prostitues around the hotel property For these reasons, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I didn't feel safe, dirty and I encourage others to consider a differenct place to stay for their safety and peace of mind.

Staff was very kind Breakfast Options, continental breakfast should include eggs and bacon. Beds were not very comfortable and there was only once trashcan in the entire room, including bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and they were the redeeming aspect of our stay. We booked last minute and most hotels were booked solid. This room was described as queen suite, 1 queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, closet or wardrobe. We got 2 queen beds in an outdated room with peeling paint on the walls and cupboards. I wouldn't have complained if I was paying under $150 for this room, but at $350 I was expecting much better.

Location It was not as clean as it should have been. Bed was uncomfortable. I will not stay here again

Bathroom smelled.
