My first time at this hotel while visiting Baltimore, everything was nice, room was neatly clean; staff friendly and Breakfast was Nice. Would love to visit the Hyatt House again being close to the Airport.
-
A good option if you just need a hotel for a night for a BWI flight. Very simple but new and clean but do not expect anything special.
-
Rooms and hotel was very clean, The breakfast was very good had a lot of options. I would definitely stay there again.
-
Always a pleasant stay

Exceptional

I enjoyed my stay there

Be prepared for fees not listed in your reservation that you have no choice but to pay. There should not be a fee to park at a hotel you are staying in.
-
I gave it a 4 because although the staff was polite and nice I had to chase them down both times I wanted a drink at the bar.
-
Friendly staff, property was clean. Room was spacious.
-
Our room was not ready until after 5:30 PM, check in is at 4… staff was rude & unhelpful & did not give us ETA on room availability. Called twice for towels in the morning & they never came… waited an hour & half then had to check out without showering
-
Breakfast cold but other than that good
-
The room was clean and super comfortable but their were no vending machines and the breakfast buffet, snack and soda selection in "gift shop" was uninspiring.
-
Great accommodation all around. Wonderful staff, very clean rooms, tasty breakfast, felt like a 5 star property
-
Clean and new. Staff were committed to you having an enjoyable stay
-
When we arrived, we were informed that our rooms were cancelled. We weren't given a good explanation as to WHY they were cancelled. No other option given. We had to scramble and find a hotel quite far away an Uber for transportation, etc. It was surreal. This hasn't happened before. But you should know that this hotel failed Expedia (and a longtime member).
