I have been going thru a crazy phase lately in my life and the staff has been such a great help! They’ve been helpful, understanding and supportive! I love it ! Place is clean!
-
Place was like a Crack house, people panhandle cigarettes, and change, 2nd floor smell of weed, staff not very helpful, had to wait all day for clean towels and had two rooms tv didnt work in one of them and staff wouldn't even come take a look. Place needs MANAGEMENT!!!!

It was fair for the price Beds were hard as a rock very uncomfortable
-
The staff was cool. Coffee was made every morning but more could I ask for for inexpensive extended stay? My dog even liked it

The staff is great and very helpful! We never made it down to breakfast because we brought our own food. As for cleanliness... One of our rooms smelled really bad and moldy. We picked up odor neutralizing spray and kept the window open quite a bit to help. Our other room didn't smell but we did have a visitor that really enjoyed our chocolate chips. I grew up in Appalachia, so not really all that bothered and we tossed them. Don't expect fancy. Keep in mind this hotel is geared more towards longer term traveling contractors and/or families in need. Overall, we got some much needed sleep and our stay was nice. Our neighbors decided to smoke in their room at 4 am, which set off the fire alarm. It took a while to get it stopped. Signs all over the hotel say no smoking so if planning to try it, the alarm will go off and it's super loud and annoying and takes a while to shut it down. Don't be the jerk that ruins a good night's sleep for everyone else. The hall walls and carpet could use a good cleaning. Not a deal breaker. We would stay here again.

The lobby was closed when we reached and waited 25 mins for someone to check us in but no one showed up.

Staff are amazing. However, I don’t like the smell on the corridors and in the rooms.

Front desk employee was horrible she was so rude if I had not already payed through the app I would’ve went to another hotel. Walking through the hallway to our room all you could smell was pot(cannabis) filling the entire 1st floor with the smell. Then the room was filthy and the floor in the bathroom was completely separated and lifted no glue holding it down. The next morning breakfast was supposed to be 6am however there wasn’t anyone at the desk and no breakfast until 7:30 and I definitely wouldn’t call it a breakfast they had oatmeal packs and breakfast bars and coffee that’s not breakfast that’s nothing. There are no curtains on the window so all the lights on the front of the building light up the room all night. I would give this place 0 if I could. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Do not waste your money you would be better off sleeping in your car than staying in this hotel. O and to top it all off the microwave in the room didn’t work either.

Not a bad place to stay. There is nowhere to relax in the room other than the bed. In the afternoon there always seems to be groups of people in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed. Mostly guys just getting off work so they don’t bother anyone.

The Location & Quietness. STAFF is Great. As well as The Facilities. NO ISSUES

Out of all the extended stays in the Atlanta area this was by far the cleanest and most up to date. Wonderful staff and very attentive. Will definitely book in the future

Pretty good place but here's the cons: -We had a late check in at 11:30pm; the front desk closes at 11pm and it took until 12:15am for us to get in. The number routes you to India Call Center and noone ever comes...an off duty employee just happened to realize my struggles and found the on duty person. -Breakfast is a joke. It's store bought packaged muffins, oatmeal packets, hot water, hot coffee (no decaf). That's...it. No protein, no fruit, no juice, no milk...so plan accordingly your meals.

Location Bathroom light was hard to turn, bathtub didn’t hold water so I couldn’t take a bath and soak after along drive and the AC didn’t cool off the room properly
-
Room was okay. Hospitality wasn’t the best.
-
The room had a weird smell. The comforter is so thin you have to keep the room warmer than usual to sleep. It was ok but would not stay again.

The situation is incredible. We arrived at 11.30 pm and the counter was closed (a hotel with a closed counter) Dirt everywhere. Breakfast? Non-existent. We wanted to sit down in the morning and the chairs of the lobny were turned around for nobody to sit down. There was no shampp or soap. People outside smoking while drinking. A disaster that sent list this 2-star hotel. My wife asked for a hairdryer and they refused. I had to wait for parking space. A real disaster. I am going to initiate an expedition claim for my money back. The most serious thing is the dirt.
