Holiday Inn Express Little Rock Airport by IHG

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Desk staff was very professional.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The first room they assigned to me smelled bad. The next room not as bad, but it certainly did not smell clean and fresh. The linens looked old and worn. The bed was hard. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and some surfaces felt sticky. I had to request an ironing board and the one they gave me was badly stained. But the kicker was when I discovered that I was not the only occupant in the room - they need an exterminator! On a positive note, the hotel looks great from the outside, it's less than 5 minutes from the airport, and the staff I encountered were friendly. But even the best customer service can't compensate for a horrible product. I've stayed at a few Holiday Inn Express properties and I was always satisfied, so I was shocked by this experience.

It had all we needed including the indoor pool and was located close to everything we had to do.

The room was clean and orderly. Loved the way the room was inside the convention center. Desk rep was polite, accurate, and quick! Breakfast was nice! The hostess was kind and thoughtful. Parking was adequate.

There was hair in the bath tub/shower. There was no trash can. The only trash can in the room was tiny when people often have to order out for meals. Water took a long time to heat up. The products on the sink were absolutely incapable of their purpose but the shower products were good. There was exterior and interior structural damage to hotel. The smell of hallways and room was chemicals. The structure of the hotel created rooms that face the pool so there is unlimited light, noise, and a long path to rooms

Convenience, clean

We got in our room and it was 96 degrees inside and I turned on the AC and the room didn’t cool to even 70 degrees until after midnight - The bathroom was falling apart and the shower was dirty. Super disappointed.

The location was great. The service was excellent. Food served was delicious.

They help me fix the non payment from Booking.com. I was left standing in the lobby over an hour because Booking.com did not pay my fee. Had to cancel and then rebook only through Holiday Inn at a higher rate The property was great. It was booking.com not paying the fee

Location was convenient only because it was close to the airport. The young man that checked me into the hotel, Marcus, was very nice and very helpful. He answered my questions and my concerns. The room was clean as well:) The wifi was very spotty. The signal was not strong at all:( The bed was very hard, not comfortable. The lighting in the hotel inside and outside was not good at all. I did not feel safe.

Nicely decorated. Hot breakfast was great Most importantly, the staff was truly exceptional. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the pleasantly cheerful lady a breakfast, to the gentleman who insisted on helping me with my cart. Sitting right under the morning departures. Couldn’t him them inside, but outside was a little nerve racking

Hotel was okay. Room smelled old. Was told to park in back of hotel because we were towing a trailer, then told the doors didn't work and would have to walk around to side. Adequate for an overnight traveler.
