Clean and comfortable room, swimming pool is nice, and location is good. Horrible breakfast options! Hotel tub is never warm or hot.

We went after a family event to check in and as we parked there was a male in a car just sitting in it. A female parked and she went to his car. It was 11:30pm and the feeling was uneasy. There is a ring camera as the door bell for the office and my husband decided not to even check in after observing everything and drive 3 hours. The area is not a good area.

The breakfast was cold cereal and toast. Only.... no hot food. The hot tub by the pool was cold. There was an overabundance of dog feces by the pool area. Our room was right by the pool. In our room there was no plug for the bathtub.

Not one thing. The staff was rude, the area was very unkempt and the the hotel room was very uncomfortable. Dirty, and broken things and very unsettling. I would like my money back actually. Also, asked for a non smoking room, got put into a smoking room. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.

This hotel is ghetto…a cheap hood type of hotel. No breakfast, no security. Drug addicts and people fighting in this hotel. Zero stars do not recommend. Also my car got hit and they wouldn’t give me video footage. Yet they have active cameras on the lot. False advertising with pictures. Staff is rude.

Functional AC, refrigerator, microwave,. Small sofa, and a dope at piece.. Bed functionality.. Too squeaky. Compliantly breakfast was boring with toast, cereal and watered down coffee...

Love the people here. Owner went above and beyond to take care of us. Website didn’t say anything about having to leave a large deposit.

The property is hard to find. GPS led us to metal fences with no signage, and we had to drive around to find the actual entrance. We arrived at 8:30 PM and had to wait 10 minutes for staff. I saw two employees lock the door while doing other tasks instead of greeting arriving customers. Check-in took 30 minutes. The owner/manager was extremely rude and dismissive regarding a payment issue that ultimately turned out to be the hotel's mistake, not ours. The keycard they gave us didn't work. We had to walk back to the office, and it took them several minutes just to open the office door to help us. The listing advertised 'breakfast included,' but there was only a cereal dispenser. There was no milk, no eggs, and no juice. In 20 years of traveling, this is the worst customer service and management I have ever experienced. To top it off, I witnessed the manager park their personal pickup truck in a designated handicap parking space.

The room was only adequate. Bedspread was worn, but everything was clean. I was not given any information about a breakfast, if that should have been included. Since I was in town to visit family it was passable. I probably would pay more to stay elsewhere next time.
