Wonderful beach place to stay

Very nice upscale place. Just a little pricey.

Children crying was annoying but everything else was something a cut above and will never forget

Our room was perfect. Large with lots of amentities - including a kettle which was amazing!! Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly from the time we checked in until the time they offered us a late checkout. The restaurant menu was diverse and delicious. The pool area was kept very clean with lots of help. The drinks at the pool were served quickly and often . Only steps to the beach and Gulf made for a beautiful beach vacation !

Voy a referirme a Expidia , cuando vi el precio en Long boat hotel era $1200 al otro dia paso a $1600 sin embargo lo compré ,pero lo peor es que un minuto después de comprar lo bajaron a $1200 Creo que eso no se hace con un cliente que este año compro vuelo y estadía en las cataratas del Niagara estadía en Holmes beach y viaje a Cartagena Colombia Quiero decirles que no volveré a utilizar los servicios de Expidia

The room is very clean, good smell and new amenities , the staff are very friendly and cordial

Every person on staff that we dealt with was very courteous, very friendly, very welcoming and helpful.

The beach was majestic and the lodging were delightful

This is a wonderful resort, right on a wonderful beach and spacious rooms (we had a suite). However, we also felt that the various up charges were uncalled for. For example, we were charged $35 or so per day for the use of 2. beach chairs and an umbrella. Given the cost of the room, one would have thought that the use of these would be complimentary.

Was a beautifully maintained resort. Great access to beach and pool great poolside service. Stayed in a suite with a lagoon view and sofa bed. The kitchenette and washer /dryer was super useful. Had to ask for certain items to be replenished (water bottles/toilet roll/coffee) but staff were super responsive and helpful.

Room was very clean but somewhat small. The building was outdated. For the price I expected robes and a magnifying mirror to be provided. I was also disappointed that for the price there was very little bathroom storage , counter space , and only a single sink.

The property is extremely well laid out to make getting to the pool, beach and restaurants easy even if you are not in the main building. Dean at the front is an absolute superstar. He helped get through the property, rides and remembered us throughout our stay.

The entire experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service every step along the way. They were all professional but with a wonderful level of comfort that we felt right at home. We can’t wait to go back!
