Candlewood Suites Longmont - Boulder Area by IHG

I had to troubleshoot and fix the TV problem in my room because there was only one employee working at the desk overnight. This is no reflection of the employee, it is poor staffing. AC was so loud I had to turn up TV (after I fixed it) so I could hear it, but then it was too loud when it shut off. No breakfast offered.

The room was spacious and offered full size refrigerator and stove top with microwave. The pantry offered basic foodstuffs at reasonable prices which was appreciated. Fitness gym aside free washer- dryer was a great amenity. Assumed pets were limited to first floor but they are throughout all 4 floors - barking etc. not all customers posted the animal companion sign . Due to pet allergy- desk staff relocated us at least one room away from pet inhabitants. Parking free and well lit. Would recommend

The room was clean, and included full size appliances. However being a suite room, this should have included an upholstered chair, or sofa. Room is basic in accommodation, and over priced for the area.

Tooo many dogs running around and dog poop on the floor

Have stayed here before and it appears that it has gone downhill. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor with grout missing and dirty. Tiles rock. Hole in the comforter. Hole in a lampshade. Something stuck on the nightstand handle and I’ll let you decide what it is because I’m quite sure I know what it is. Towels missing in the bathroom but one left from a previous guest was hanging on the bathroom door. Went to call to ask for towels but the phone doesn’t work. Overall, poor experience. They also want to charge a $250 deposit (per night) according to the form they would like you to sign. I was also signed up for some membership that I didn’t agree too. I did not check the box giving permission but they did it anyhow and will now sell my info. Next year - I’ll choose someplace else!

Clean rooms, staff very professional with the job and was asked several times if I needed anything when I had contact with them. Only thing I wish they had was a breakfast, they offered discounts at different restaurants in the area but it would have been even better to not have to make another stop when we departed the hotel.

Didn't offer breakfast, but gave us a discount to Einstein Bagels, which was in the same parking lot area. Nothing super fancy about the place but it was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Probably best as a base for Rocky Mountain National Park, as opposed to Denver activities. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.

Clean rooms

The room was very nice and clean. Had lots of space. The tv only played one channel, not in English. Not that big of a deal to make a fuss about. The bed and pillows were comfy. Shower had the best pressure but no hairdryer. AC was nice and cold. Staff was friendly. No breakfast but they did give 10% discount to some restaurants.

Very spacious room! I really appreciated the free laundry facilities.

Room was really clean, parking was good, close to lots of food choices. Highly recommend.

Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean Shower was very backed up and the bathroom fan needs to be replaced (loud). Some of the cabinets were a little banged up.

We stayed 3 days. They didn't clean the room during the stay. They only clean the room after 3 days.

The hotel is not children friendly. Received the most ridiculous call from the front desk saying if we don’t quiet our infant down and get one more complaint they would call the police and kick us out. We received zero calls prior stating we were being too loud. Overall the hotel itself was decent with spacious rooms and nice kitchenettes, but if you want to feel welcome with kids stay away.
