Staff was very friendly. Room was well equipped with a nice fridge and microwave. Beds were very soft.

Location was ok and the price was good Nothing to dislike

Evening seemed pretty clean, except maybe the carpet. It's definitely cleaner than any other hotel I've stayed at in a long time The a/c can't seem to keep a consistent temp. Maybe the thermostat is going out because it'll be freezing at night with the ac blowing sayng it's 73°, when it probably is closer to 63°. During the day it'll be hot at times when it says it's 71°.

Exceptional

The hotel was obviously a rent by the week establishment with work crews and trucks everywhere. The hotel was dated and not well maintained. There were rolls of the plastic ‘baseboard’ laying in the hallways and obviously had been pulled off the wall in the lobby where the paint and texture was missing. The air conditioner in my room was more like a mister. The cool setting made the room humid, skin sticky and sheets almost damp. Needless to say this was a live and learn moment for me. The staff were nice though.

We had a wonderful stay. Appreciated the very kind staff (check in was professionally and quickly handled by Brandon) and the clean perfectly appointed room. The little store in the lobby came in handy when my elderly mom suddenly got a craving for rice-a-roni and they had it! Location was close to our family reunion and just a nice place to go "home" to after each day of being with extended family. Will stay here again and definately recommend this hotel.

Overall, it was a great stay When I walked in the room, there was a hanger laying in the floor, so that told me that the room was not vacuumed

Room was clean. In the cabinets though. There was a lot of dust.

Continently located. Parking is small and the spots are narrow. The water pressure is low in the showers.

We had to get a hotel last minute after an 11 hour drive. The front desk clerk was very polite upon our arrival. We had quite a bit of belongings with us due to us making a military move to the area and the original booking we made elsewhere had mold damage so we had to adjust. We had to stay for almost a week until our home was available for move in. The first night there a strong odor of cigarettes kept flooding our room. The bathroom was where the smell was the strongest. Around the third day there I let the front desk know. The lady I spoke to said she would investigate it. The smell went away for a couple of hours, but then later came back. I noticed that every time the smell was strong the neighboring room had their bathroom fan on. I could hear it. I was certain the people next to us were smoking in their room. The head lady I spoke with the next day acknowledged they were smokers, and I assured me she would handle it. The smell continued and actually got worse. We had to keep our bathroom door shut at all times. My children have severe allergy issues and I just couldn’t take it anymore. We ended up leaving a day early. They offered to change our room, but due to the amount of stuff we Had to unload from our trailer to the room, it was just too much to have to do. I shouldn’t have to change rooms when the hotel is smoke free. The staff was nice, but I won’t stay here again.

The bed was comfortable The facility had a water leak and was under major renovation. The toilet in my room ran all night and would not stop. The blackout curtains were installed without the ability to close. From my third-floor room, I was in direct line of the parking lot lights which lit up the room like daytime throughout the night. I did not get much sleep at all.

The staff, service, rooms and everything was great. But the whole hotel smelled stagnant and like vomit, especially upon entry. Otherwise, great place!
