Best Western Los Alamitos Inn & Suites

I book through hotels.com. Hotel.com has the wrong pictures of the unit I reserved on their app. So when I arrived the employee told me they couldn’t provide me with that unit. Because it wasn’t their fault and that anyway they were totally booked. When I checked their website they still have some units available. It was just an inconvenience and the employee willingness not to do that for me.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, sheets were soft and comfortable. No complaints.

Passable

The check in receptionist man was super friendly

Sanjay was very helpful and charming during our check-in. We loved the location because we were able to walk around and get food or just go for a stroll. It’s a small hotel but there seemed to be plenty of parking. The only concern was the room had a mildew odor which would get nauseating from time to time.

The hotel on the street front looks more like an inn than hotel, not so much appeal. However, the staff was helpful and parking was good. The breakfast is pretty decent. Overall, it's a 3.5 - 3.8 out of 5 star rating.

Very good

It was ok for what it was. The parking is a bit tough. There was a kind of damp smell as we entered the room and there were a few ants in the bath tub.

Shower head not a very nice spray Mattress a bit old and soft to the point of sinking but comfortable enough Really nice guy checked me in They took a large deposit on top of the room rate, I didn't like that

This is not a "fancy" property. That said, it was clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff gets the highest marks I can give! Sanjay (sp) was my favorite. We went down to the lobby to visit with him every night we were there!!! Give that guy a big raise!!!

We had a lovely time staying here, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for me. Dinning area quite small, got very busy during the weekend.

Great staying in love this place I definitely come back to this place people are so nice the guy in the front desk so nice great customer service

Excellent hotel. Great value.

Superb

Breakfast okay

clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff, decent breakfast

Everything was awesome, except the parking, hotel needs more parking spaces. Other than that staff, cleanliness, was awesome

The most friendly staff I have ever encountered. The stay was great!
