Very bad service. We booked two queen beds but they gave us single beds. The receptionist was rude when we tried to talk to her.

Excellent place Garage Little duty

I was actually surprised with this hotel. As many reviews say, I booked this hotel to go to a dodgers game. It was very close to the stadium, the uber from the hotel was only 10 dollars, overnight parking is $20 and you have in and out privilege, which is aswome. I got the two twin bedroom, and it was huge. I usually stay at marriots and this has been by far the biggest room and the beds seemed bigger than twin beds. The hotel seems a little outdated on the outside but my room was very nice, you can tell it was remodeled not too long ago. Also, I loved their shampoo and body wash!! They have dry bar brand, my hair smelled so good all day. Location is also great, its very close to downtown, union station, placita olvera, koreatown and dodger stadium. 100% recommend if you're looking for a budget friendly hotel. The staff was also very friendly.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway paint and flooring was too dark, not light and airy. Felt a little depressing. Need a little more clarity on what to do on arrival, especially if arriving at night. When you park in the garage, no sign to direct you to the elevator for the hotel.

It was convenient to have a fridge and I really like that there was a full body mirror. I didn’t like that the toilet was making weird and loud noises

Nice comfortable hotel in the heart of Chinatown! Close to downtown and dodgers stadium

This was a cute boutique type inn located in LA Chinatown. We were graciously upgraded to a suite and it was such a nice room! The bathroom was huge and I loved the walk in shower! Having a small living room type en-suite was really nice too! Everything was clean. The acoustic in the room was not very soundproof. We could hear people walking above us and dragging things. Luckily being in a suite meant we had no neighboring walls shared but we had a huge picture window to the street below and could hear cars and people walking and talking late at night.

Clean rooms. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves.

The open space. Simple. Modern. The windows sucked. Entered the room with two cracked opened windows, which could let in bugs.

The property is closed to the train station and not too expensive and that is the reason why I chose it. Rooms are comfortable. Bed was good. The pictures on booking have had a lot of edition. Bedrooms are a bit overaged. Localisation for tourist attraction is not the best.
