A not so great experience. The area was poor and the property is being renovated, there were rugs, mattresses, trash, and junk. My first room the toilet didn’t flush, my second room the TV didn’t work and the shower didn’t drain, Manny the manager had use a plunger to drain the bathtub. However it wasn’t advertised that one could purchase the newer rooms for 40.00 more. This place was horrible. I hope the cleaning staff are paid well.

The work office lady! Very rude and ungrateful. Plus they opened our door without notice with a key! Very disrespectfull

The place is conveniently located near the Crypto arena. The rooms are undergoing renovations which offset the outside look. Unfortunately, in my personal experience, the bad has too hard.

Dirty, broken things in the room, broken door, broken toilet, broken curtains. Rude staff and overall a shabby place to stay for the price. Room smelled worse than it looked. I’d stay somewhere Else.

"We arrived at the hotel and the staff told me that my room wasn't available, but that they had another one for an extra charge. I couldn't understand what the woman at the front desk was saying in English, so she passed me over to someone else to handle my request. Also, there were no towels in the room, so I had to go out and ask for them."

Comes with a bed and shower with sketchy people around the property at night

I had a reservation there for about a month or so, and the day I get in, they say the only room they have has plumbing problems . I was given a business card but it was to the hotel I was already at . Construction going on in half of the motel . Stains on the bed spread, stains on the wall in the bathroom . Will not be staying there in the future

Our room there was not water in sink and we ask to change room bt they refused Room change when we asked for that

At first not the place was abandoned before realizing that most of the place was under construction fire alarms weren't even wired or had a battery in it and live wires are sticking out of the little wall and I'm pretty sure LA county jails bathrooms were slightly cleaner than that place
-
Great place to stay away from home a few days. Very close to downtown LA and easy freeway access.

Well I checked it on a hot muggy terrible day. I was looking forward to go in the pool and go swimming, to cool off. When I checked into my room I was like 90°. I nearly turned on the air conditioner I was waiting for it to cool down. I didn't know the air conditioner was broken and waited 3 hours to see if the room was cool down. The pool hasn't been used in years it was all covered up the whole property is falling apart. Looks like a crack hotel you would bring a prostitute, do your business and leave. My whole room needs repair. No walls especially around the doorway we're all exposed drywall the radiator falling apart the whole room needs to be painted. The closet had no closet railing for the coat hangers. The floor was all rotted up from the bathroom going into the bedroom about 5 ft 6 ft where you couldn't walk barefooted in your room because of the fake wood flooring was all deteriorated and sharp. There's only one light in the room and that was built into the wall. They had the lamps they had no art or decor they had no chairs, to sit in. So just two beds one plastic table and one end table all old beat up I need to be thrown away. The bathroom faucet was broken My guess who came fixed it so he could wash our hands. So without the use of the pool without having an air conditioner NOT work my guest decided to leave. I'd ask management for change rooms they would not let me or give refund, management was no help. This should be delisted from hotels.com, for its fraud.

The City Center hotel room was dirty, there was dust everywhere, the refrigerator and freezer did NOT work at all!!! The TV also didn't work!! The neighborhood is pretty bad with homeless people and drug addicts and trash on the street!!!
-
Nothing Everything about the room . Owners were up all night outside of room on phone yelling

I booked a room with two beds, and the table in between the two beds was very dirty. It takes a while to check in, and the hotel keys are labeled incorrectly. My neighbor, who lived next to mine, was quite loud. Without telling me, the staff would go inside my room and clean when I'm outside. CONTEXT: When I booked this hotel, the website did NOT state there were cleaning services in the morning. The bathroom sink was barely flowing water, and it was mostly just hot water, which did not help since it was quite hot during the summer. There was AC in my room, BUT it was in a very bad condition. I also had bed bug bites after staying in this hotel.

Close to Crypto Arena The room was one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in, sheets were dirty, TV did not work, walls were torn up, sink and bathtub dirty, tables and chairs were torn and dirty. I had to sleep in my car it was a horrible facility. Booking needs to remove the hotel from its sight.
