Oxford Palace Hotel And Galleria

The hotel is in a great location and free parking is a plus. The noise insulation is very poor so make sure you bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive. The rooms are spacious and very basic. The WiFi quality is poor so I didn’t bother connecting. We’re not able to watch tv since it was connected to WiFi and it would constantly stall.

This was our first visit to Oxford Palace. Be sure you are aware of the check-in times. We found the hotel to be clean and very quiet. Parking was a huge plus. We did not order food although it is available - both Korean and American dishes. We would stay again.

Nice room and great for our stay

The lobby was beautiful The room had no water pressure. There was ants in the room. It had 11 channels on the TV and the bathroom sink had a cracked sink and counter top also leaked and they refused to fix it or give us another room!

Free parking is a plus, room was just OK. Short walk to the Wiltern. Felt a little over priced.

Overall

The room was great as it could be for the price I paid for. Clean sheets, bathroom and the AC worked great for this heat wave. I liked that the parking was self-parking and complimentary for hotel guests. Also liked that there is a shopping plaza across the street where we were able to get food. The only complaint I have is that the TV didn’t provide a variety of channels for us to watch.

The room was great, but the shower was disappointing. The water was either too cold or too hot, and there was no comfortable temperature in between.

Location, free parking one of the elevators didn't seem to be to code, the paper inside said it expired over a year ago. It was extremely hot and humid in the halls, rooms had some mold in the bathroom.

I liked how beautiful the lobby was; it definitely had a palace vibe. The staff was kind. Pretty cool that it had shops and food inside the hotel. The room was nice and clean and had a patio area. The elevator was a bit outdated, but nothing too slow. I liked how close it was to many food and drink spots outside the hotel as well. Great location. In the patio area, I was surprised to see butts from j's or cigs. I wasn't aware I could smoke outside my room. The wifi was pretty bad, working here and there, not reliable. No TV shows were available, or maybe the remote didn't work.

Overall the highlights for this property starts with the staff... there are very attentive, check-in was easy, when I requested towels they arrived at my room within 10 minutes. Another big highlight is the Cali Cafe restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and a very good price! I would definitely eat there again. The location is perfect because it's a very walkable area and there is a Zion market across the street. Overall it was worth the money but if you need amenities like a gym or hot tub or pool you will not find that here. Parking is on site in their parking garage and free! That's a rare thing in Koreatown as well.

Free parking which is a plus! Also in a good location. Just about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. We set our AC to 73 and auto. For some reason, our room was still very cold from the AC so we eventually turned it off. The elevators were also a bit slow at times. Room also lacking of a safe and microwave which would've been nice!
