Quiet property. The staff in the valet, front desk, and bar were lovely. We really enjoyed the pool and lounges. We also loved the little details in the room such as the plates and glasses.
-
Excellent accommodations in a classic converted Californian motor hotel. Great service by all staff and the highlight of our experience was the highly enthusiastic and effective wait staff ( Katy) in the restaurant and bar area. Very quiet rooms that are spacious and clean. We will be back!

Close to great restaurants. Their attention to details is impeccable. I love the way the lobby smells!!

Outdoor patio for restaurant The night bartender I arrived at 8.30pm and asked how late the restauarant stayed open. He guy said until 9pm butthekitchen was closed. I asked about room service, and was told that would be fine, but all they had was pizza. I ordered a Margarita and waited in my room for about 50 minutes, tried to call the front dest and was unsuccessful. I went downstairs and asked about my pizza and was told the restauarant was closed, there's nothing to be done about it. I ate trail mix for dinner. My room's balcony was a wall with no view out. I changed rooms to a view "out" although the solid railing blocked looking out while sitting. There were no side tables next to the bed and the closest electrical receptacle was too far away for my phone to reach the bed. I'm glad I didn't bring my laptop, as the same was true of the "desk." I did not find the coffee pods until the second day because they were hidden in a jar on the "bar",

Loved everything about the property except the beds. The beds are absolutely horrendous.

Such a sweet hotel, great location. Room was cozy and accommodations were overall excellent. Will be staying again

Really great and central location. Loved my week stay here for work. Everyone was very friendly and the valet staff was very quick and nice! Loved the pool and the bar for happy hour! Will definitely come back!

Very nice little hotel with great staff
-
The wi-fi is only slightly better than two cans and a string. No soap in the shower. A loose manhole cover on 3rd outside our window made noise whenever run over. And parking was $55.00! But, the property was nice, the staff helpful, and location convenient.

staff was amazing and property super clean! the staff continually went above & beyond to make sure guests were taken care of!
-
What a wonderful hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the dining area is fabulous and the pool are great. Additionally, the neighborhood is filled with wonderful restaurants and is just down the street from the Farmer's Market. Highly recommend

The location of this hotel is wonderful; within walking distance of LACMA, Film Academy, Car Museum, Beverly Center, and Farmers' Market, if you are a walker. Staff very nice and helpful, food in bar good. Rooms are quirky as to functionality: terrible lighting in bathroom and room, expresso coffee only, no counter in bathroom to put Dopp kit down on. Rooms lack functionality one expects from hotel, but this boutique hotel chain appears to be going for English charm - lots of prints, pillows, fluff, etc., as opposed to function.

This Palihouse hotel is really nice. The smell, the decor, the comfortable beds, the yummy breakfast, the location … it was perfect. We were only there one night for business but we had so much fun. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Gorgeous and quaint hotel in a lovely area on WeHo. Staff were lovely and the bar / restaurant downstairs was awesome. Loved the design of the interiors, so quirky and interesting !
-
Restaurant was closed for an event and didn’t open on time in the AM. Not ideal for dinner or breakfast.
