Room was good and clean, very helpful staff but bfast was poor and very basic - location was ok, close enough to metro and felt safe enough especially during the day - night we were careful not to wonder around ! I would rather stay further out next time - but for the price we paid, this hotel was good

Location and cheap parking rate in downtown The noiseeee all night, the odor from outside was all over the room, the bed is too soft

Mattress was comfortable Pillows were horrible. Bathroom was tiny with broken plumbing fixtures. Had trouble with the air conditioner. Breakfast was basic.

Great location and very helpful staff. The breakfast was also good, nothing extraordinary but well look after. Metro station just 2 blocks away with great connection to the whole city. Highly recommended. Our room was a bit dark as we had view to the back of the building straight on a wall. The area is fine but don't stay out late as it gets dodgy .

The location worked out fine, the room was spotless, and housekeeping came by every day. The staff were nice and helpful as well. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was very weak—I couldn't get any work done and had to go down to the conference room every day. There is also no lobby or common area to meet with people or receive guests. Breakfast was very basic and identical every morning. A solid, clean hotel, but not ideal if you need to work or meet clients.

Does not have a fitness center. You have to walk half mile to LA fitness. Staff is so uninformed and oblivious. Rooms and outside is rundown.

The lobby, bar, breakfast area and bathrooms are very nice! The room was the perfect size & AC worked well. Our shower was either hot or cold, literally no in between. The lighting isn't the best for girls doing hair or makeup either, at least in our queen bed room. But, you can manage!

It was a clean hotel and also the location was great. In the description stated free parking and it was not true. We had to pay for parking. Also, I paid extra for city view and I wasn’t given a room with city view.

No ac, moldy curtains, leaky shower, sink that would not drain, incredibly thin walls. Do not stay unless you are prepared for these conditions

The staff was amazing. I wish I would’ve remembered the young ladies name that checked us in, but she was very polite and welcoming. Very helpful. Also the young man that checked us out was informative about the location and near by eateries. The rooms were small. But served its purpose. Only needed it to sleep.

Hotel room just OK. Not special. Associated restaurant terrible. Server very pleasant but food terrible, and highly overpriced. 25 + minutes to get an omelette. Overly ‘worked’ with sauces and served like warm.
