Nice stay. Seamless. Rich clean comfortable place.

Honestly, not quiet at all, you can hear literally everything, every time some open a door or Walk in the hallway, you can hear literally everything and it’s impossible to rest like that
-
Unique and very clean place to stay. Parking is challenging. Dim lighting everywhere creates a nice mood but a bit hard to read under. Overall great. I’d totally recommend!!

This is without a doubt the best value for the $$$ in L.A. Convenient to literally everything with a car or using Metro. Parked curbside all 4 nights right in front,

Unsafe and unsettling experience—highly advise caution for solo travelers. While the digital communication was very good, the actual property did not match the pictures. As a solo traveler, I felt completely unsafe. The property is located in a rough part of town on a very busy stretch of road with extremely thin walls and heavy road noise. The layout is highly impractical and a safety concern. The restroom requires navigating an extreme, winding staircase. If you have any mobility issues, this property is entirely unsuitable. Additionally, parking is far from convenient, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly unnerving; you can hear other people but never actually see anyone. I felt so uncomfortable that I slept in my clothes on a towel and ultimately checked out at 3:00 AM.

Room, common areas and bathrooms were clean and very nice. Area is terrific for the price of the rooms. Staff were friendly. 10/10

Kinda got confused with the amount of codes and a little harder to get in after a night of event and exhaustion.

Beautiful place with three floors. Enjoyed the interior design very much, and everything was clean.

Great atmosphere. Hosts took care of us well.

Very walkable location. Super cool decor inside, Second time I’ve stayed here and I’d stay again.

All around very enjoyable experience. My room had the bare essentials, though I expected that. The bathroom lights are on a timer for some reason. A good place for travelers on a budget.

Such a fun experience!! The honeymoon room has a great view of the city, private little balcony and hot style bathtub. The spiral staircase was intimidating at first but the perfect way to access that cute little room. The common kitchen area has lots of personality and amenities. The shared bathroom is small and simple, just what’s needed. The property owners checked on us via email after checkin and were very good with communication and correspondence. It’s a cute little place nestled in the heart of the city. I can’t wait to stay again and try a different room✨

We stayed which is the private building off by itself, and I’m taking two stars off because the bed was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE to the point where we’d toss and turn the whole four nights we stayed. I don’t know if it’s the mattress or the support underneath or both but PLEASE if the owners are reading this please replace that bed. The iron and ironing board are also very old and need replacing. Other than that, the privacy was great and so was the value of being close to everything. The owner did check in with a message through Expedia. Honestly would have gave 5 stars if not for the bed.

Cool place

Great location, decor and architecture is amazing and very unique. The tower was so cool and the room was nice and cozy. There’s also a bathroom on the first floor at the base of the tower which is great when you don’t want to go up the spiral staircase. Small cockroach in the 2nd floor bathroom as I was getting out of the shower. I notified and staff and had someone come out in the morning to treat the bathroom. Our neighbors came back at 2:15am and were drunk and stumbling loudly up the stairs which woke us up (and they also peed all over the seat and floors of the downstairs bathroom). They were up until 3am and kept waking us up so unfortunately, while the space is wonderful, sound travels quite a bit w the spiral staircase and you will definitely hear people going up and down the staircase if you are in the Down stairs studio room.

I've stayed here for many trips. Always a unique experience and never a problem

First and foremost, this is my first time at a boutique stay like this so I had a little expectations. What I would say was that since it was high rated, I expected white sheets and white towels. The towels were black and so were the bedsheets so that put me off just a bit. However, everywhere was spectacularly cleaned. Water, tea, all the utensils plates, and anything you need to kind of make your own custom dishes or eat takeout was available. No washing machine was available or was offered when I had asked. Also the outside area did have stains on the couch and so me and my friend were very much hesitant to sit there. So I would just say they need to clean that area a little bit more. However, on my last day, they changed the code without notifications so I was stuck outside for about 10 minutes and luckily someone did get back in time before my phone died. The walls are thin, but people were very respectful so that was nice. Also the pressure of the water and the shower was good and hot. Toothbrush and body lotion and razors were available if needed. I love that you can lock your door so I use it every time I left. It was also quiet, but the windows were large so if you left your windows open, people can definitely see inside.
