Loved it!

Location is great. Staff is helpful. It’s clean and comfortable. Great breakfast every morning too. A few bottles of water in the room would have been nice but overall very happy with our stay and would come back.

Checked out at 9:30 at 3:19 later that day had charge on my card for 89.10 called to ask y had the charge and they said it was a mistake couldn’t get answer wanted my email so they could send me a receipt also if u drive 2500 truck they can’t valet it said it to large so had to go down street to park which wasn’t very far

The hotel is amazing! Great spa e, high ceilings, breakfast was great and filling. The room was so nice that I dreaded leaving the room. The staff was kind and courteous. I will be back just for the experience. Its near all sorts of entertainment.

Leading up to the trip communication was amazing. I thought the staff at the desk was pleasant & helpful. And the hotel is beautiful & clean. Our only complaint was the shuttle. We followed the information provided for using it & were told upon arrival at the airport that we would need to wait as the driver had to leave due to “a pilot pick up”. We didn’t understand but at that point we waited an additional 45 minutes to get transportation back to the hotel. At the end of our stay we checked at the desk & again at the transportation station to assure our return to the airport would be on time. We planned for additional time to be able to allow for any delays & checked in at the transportation station at 1:45pm for the 2:05pm shuttle- after numerous conversations with staff & waiting for “the pilots” we were told “the pilots are the priority.” We finally left for the airport at 2:45 but had to go to UPS first. We made our flight but it took a hussle to do so. While we understand business & partnerships- maybe it would be better to not provide an hourly scheduled shuttle service. We booked specifically because this hotel offered that amenity. If it’s not available, just don’t offer it to customers. And you certainly shouldn’t tell your customers that they are not your priority.

Exceptional

The breakfast was cafeteria grade. I had a meeting until 12:00 today and asked if I could check out an hour late. I was shocked when the desk manager said no. It’s an hour.

The hotel was clean, staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and worked well for our needs. It was a great location compared to other attractions in the area, right next to 4th St. Live.

It was clean, quite and there is plenty of entertainment close by.

Beautiful hotel deep in the heart of downtown and walking distance to restaurants and nightlife.

Excellent stay

The room was spacious - loved having the separate living space from the bedroom. Free breakfast was fantastic - made to order eggs and omelettes, not just cereals and yogurts. Staff was courteous and quick to respond to any requests we had. Will definitely stay at an Embassy Suites property again.

It’s beautiful, clean, and close to many things to do.

The rooms are nice, with very high ceilings, making them bright and open. The breakfast was very good, but the unyielding shut-off of breakfast time was off-putting at best and quite wasteful with full trays of buffet food made inaccessible immediately as the breakfast timeframe closed. The spirit Shirley is not reasonably staffed or scheduled to be reliable and helpful. The wait and communication on the arrival was very frustrating and the shuttle was full for the departure, so not usable. If a very large hotel is offering airport Shirley service, it needs to accommodate its guests with more efficiency.
