If your looking (which we were) hotel this is it. Quiet. Room was fine. Rooms somewhat cleaned upon request. They will bring new towels and empty garbage.you can get fresh towels and coffee for room 7767688 ni 43

Clean room and staff were very knowledgeable. The only thing I was upset about was there was no free coffee after dining hours. Breakfast was good.

Premises was fine in all aspects. Check in was a nightmare. The front desk could not answer basic questions like,"Why isn't cash acceptable? " I had tried to pay a $20.00 "security fee?" with a twenty and was told it had to go on charge. I tried later, on check out, to get my $20 back and was told it would be credited to my charge card. (I have yet to see that.) Check out next morning was handled by inept personnel. I was told my card had been declined. I explained I had already taken care of everything with Bookings. She then let me know that my Master Card didn't pass credibility. I then told her I do not have a Master Card, all transactions had been closed with my Visa. I knew then and there that not another dollar was leaving my wallet or charge card. It was a real clown show! Don't know if I will ever grace the threshold of another Fairfield in the future. Refrigerator leaked water, so the carpet was wet all the day I was there. No smoking alarm in room. Had to ask for clean towel several time

Breakfast was really well done. Nice presentation, food was fresh and tasty, and the staff was wonderful! Great way to start the day! Location is a bit far from landmarks.

Overall, excellent for the price point. Not perfect because that is a tall order. We'd stay here again.

Breakfast was okay. Bacon was not fully cooked and eggs were okay. My coffee pot in my room was not plugged up behind the desk. I had to place it on my night stand to brew my coffee.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. They did not have many selections to choose from. They only offered bacon and was out of that on the buffet.

Everything was good and staff friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet so able to sleep well. Breakfast was good and plentiful except for last day. Ended up being fine but had to wait awhile for coffee when it ran out and had to wait for more breakfast sandwiches (and this was an hour before breakfast ended). When more sandwiches were brought out, the bread was almost too hard to chew on the edges and the sausage patty was overcooked (still edible but not very good. My husband’s was fine so it was just mine).

Location Curtains fell from window in rm 403, roach under the sink, stains on the flat sheet on the bed. Mix up between additional room room ----paid for, no bed linen offered on hide away cot in the second room. Breakfast had food missing and not very good.

While some of the subcategories in my rating are four stars and above my overall experience was poor, rating it two stars. This room was advertised as sleeping six, however the pull-out sofa bed is about the same size as a twin bed and not sure how they think you can sleep two people on that. When I called the front desk to see if there was a rollaway bed they said they don't have rollaway beds. When I asked how they could sleep six in the room they pushed back on me like it was my problem to figure out. We figured it out by unfortunately sleeping 3 in one queen, two in a another, and had another sleep on the couch without it pulled out because the mattress was so thin that you could feel the springs in your back trying to sleep. I was told due to this being a third party booking through Expedia that there was nothing the hotel could do and recommended that I reach out to Expedia and Marriott.
