The hotel was fine, not dirty and well maintained rooms. The staff is very rude, they don’t care if you booked a double room or a suite. They will simply put you where they have room. I paid for a double room suite and was told they had no available when I already reserved the room months prior. When asked why they simply did not know or care and said this is not our problem talk to Expedia. I had to have Expedia give me a full refund. Only stay here if its a last resort.

There was no workstations/business. This is a repeated remark, why are there no trash cans in the bathroom. I have never seen such a thing.

The staff was great , friendly, and very accommodating. The lobby had that fresh new hotel smell. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Medieval Times is in walking distance. There’s not much around the hotel, but the Dream Mall and Meadowland’s sport complex is an 8 minute drive with no traffic.
