Unresponsive and rude staff.

It was in a safe area. I had an issue with a sink (easy fix) but I was told it would take the maintenance person 45 minutes to arrive at the property.

It was close to the event we came for. The room we were provided was not clean, the pool was not in service, and there were no other rooms for us to stay.

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The bathrooms could use a plumbing overhaul. Tub dripped after the tap was shut off. No cold water in the sink.

Clean, a little outdated. I would stay again. Staff helpful. Good breakfast options.

The same thing everyday. The piol was closed .

The breakfast was well attended. Not a fan of hotel waffles and the other offerings weren't that great. The toaster worked, coffee was bad. The breakfast area seemed worn out and seedy to me. My room on the first floor had a constant sour smell most likely emminating from a faulty HVAC unit. Decided to just deal with it as I had a busy itinerary and the room was not a part of it.

Employees were friendly, helpful and respectful. The locks on three rooms were broke. The swimming pool was out of service.

Cleanliness, price Could not stop up the bathtub to take a bath.

Having a shower was great but the shower curtain did not reach the shower base. Also there was no shelf to rest a bar of soap or shampoo in the shower. everything had to sit on the floor.

I liked the newer television and the comfortable bed. The bugs, the smell and how outdated parts of the room was.

Leaving this facility ! The place is a dirty run down facility and is not cared for.

Super nice staff, but the hotel itself is in a bit of a rough condition. The elevator made a lot of concerning noise starting and stopping and the breakfast was very “cheap” to say it in the best way possible. Great for a one night lay over stay, but not for enjoying yourself

Let me start of by saying that the staff that I dealt with were all pleasant, helpful, and easy to deal with. However, the room itself was scary. The floors were slippery as if they were mopped with greasy water or maybe they waxed them or something and were slick from that. Next, there were dead bugs all around in the corners of the room. When I looked closer, there were spider webs all around the base of the floor lamp where I was intending to plug in my phone charger. That prompted me to loon under the bed and holy crap, it looked like a scary movie with the amount of spider webs and egg sacks under there. I even found a spider crawling out of my pillow case. We were booked there for three nights but left that next morning to go stay somewhere else. When we checked out, we were told that a manager would have to contact us to refund the two nights that we didn't stay. We have still not been contacted or refunded for the two unused nights.
