Stay here every time I got to Carlisle!!

Our room had a large nice walk in shower which made it easy to then get a very restful sleep

Friendly greeting upon arrival. Was asked if we would like any snacks or drinks from the lounge. It's located there at checkin. Also had a delicious hot continental breakfast the next morning. I would highly suggest if you're traveling to stop on in. Great for couples, families etc.

The hotel was very nice, right off the highway but quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable except for cleaning rag in the corner. Breakfast was ok, cook the bacon more please.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Beds were not as comfortable as most other hotels but clean. Water pressure was not great, actually it was very poor. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Oatmeal was good and lots of topping options were provided. No waffle mix, eggs were watery, and sausage was mediocre at best. Location was convenient. Not the worst hotel experience but also far from the best.

Staff was phenomenal, property was extremely clean! Beds were too stiff for my liking, and the guest arriving after 11pm being way too loud was obnoxious but understandable that the staff couldn’t control something on the 4th floor at that time of night.

The hotel is well maintained and cleaned. The only thing I will ask them to change are their pillows as they were too soft and too thin. Feel like you were sleeping on paper. Thank God I brought my own pillow but my husband can hardly sleep all night. Other than that love this hotel.

There were not many people staying at the hotel. We were able to check-in earlier than 3PM because our room was ready. The hotel lobby and elevator were very clean and the carpeting in the hotel and hallways was also clean. Our room was clean, but the bedsheets were a bit damp. The bathroom was clean, but there were no washcloths, one tiny cake of soap and one disposable make-up cloth. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the shower on the wall. There was a hair dryer. Breakfast was what you would expect; yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, watery oatmeal, coffee, tea, milk and juice. Parking was not an issue, there were plenty of spaces available. Staff were courteous. No other issues noted. Would probably stay again.
