An upgrade but standard issue hotel gym.

Very good

While the hotel was clean, and staff pleasant we were highly disappointed this time. We had stayed here just about every year since we opened as it was close to family we came to see. This year we found the beds hard, pillow choices both uncomfortable, couch old and uncomfortable as well. They pulled coffee makers out of the room, so had to go down 4 floors every time we wanted a coffee. In the past we had brought with us our own coffee and cream and could enjoy numerous cups in our room. The elevator would not go down from the fourth floor. A maid tod us we had to go down a floor. So most of the time we took stairs but on our final day had to go to the third floor and ride up grab our luggage and go down. This seemed a safety hazard as if anyone had a medical emergency the could not get down quickly. We did not eat here, so cannot comment about food but coffee was fine. Mostly because of the hard bed, which my son in another room a floor down stated was the same we will be looking for a new hotel next year.

Nice place to stay.

Breakfast was best we had on 6 night trip. This Holiday Inn Express has real BACON on Wednesdays; cooked both “wiggly” and “crispy” !! We love crispy bacon and had not seen any since we left home a week ago. Thank you, HIE Technology Pkwy, Mechanicsburg, Pa, for rising above your sister properties in the chain.

Helpful front desk

The room was clean and the staff was nice.

Front desk staff courteous, friendly and helpful. Sofa bed old/dirty. No extra bed linen for sleep sofa

When we checked in, one of the pillows had makeup stains all over it. The entire suite was visibly dirty, every touch surface could see finger prints and grease marks from hands/fingers. Microwave had crusted food in all the surfaces. I went to front desk, got clean pillowcase and cleaning materials and cleaned the room myself. The front desk apologized and advised they could not move me to another room as they were sold out. The property is dated, stains on the upholstery and signs of wear/tear on most items. Not up to the standards of a Holiday Inn Express. Additionally, I had terrible problems with my reservation, I had booked a standard King room, the property sent me an email where I upgraded to a King suite and very late check out 3pm date of departure. Nothing was noted by property. I did get the Suite. I was locked out of room on the last day as they did not know about the very late checkout even though I asked about it several times. Had to get new keys. Cannot recommend this place at all. The staff was very courteous.

Handicap has to walk up a hill to get to front door kinda defeats the purpose

The staff is exceptional from check in to the breakfast attendant. I was impressed. The hotel is maintained nicely for its age. I would have liked cups, plates, napkins when staying in the suite with the kitchenette but that doesn’t change my overall rating. I would stay here again.

Overalll experience. There was an extra forty-dollar fee to bring my dog. This was not mentioned in the booking.

Excellent receptionist Taylor. The most welcoming receptionist I have ever met. Made a great recommendation to the Pizza Brewery for dinner. Food was great and so was the beers. Lots of choices.

The check in was great friendly , room was perfect clean everything we wanted , price was good , the breakfast was excellent lots of choice , kitchen staff always making sure everything was replenished could ask for more , would recommend this place absolutely.

The hotel was old and not the nicest but rating it a 4 for convenience to clinic.

We were 4 people with one dog. The staff we came across were all very helpful. The rooms we stayed were very clean, and have comfortable, firm beds. While we were traveling we stayed in some Wyndam-affilated hotel and Best Western, the beds of this hotel felt best. Some commented that the air conditioning was too loud, we did not have that problem. There were good choices for breakfast. After we checked out, the front desk called us for an envelope of money accidentally left behind. It's Ms. Dottie, who wears a pair of glasses, the great janitor who found it and turned it in. We could not thank her enough.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night in mid-May 2026. The hotel is nice and looks well maintained. The room was clean and comfy. Staff was all right, we had minimal interaction, check in and check out. The location is not that great, it is in what looks like a business park, however the surroundings look clean and well maintained. You'd need to drive (or Uber) to get to some downtown in the area. All in all a good place to stay the night.
