Hot tub and pool taking over by kids, great for families with kids, would of been nice to have an adult time for at lest hot tub. It was pretty much all day and night. Place was nice stack meal great. Room service salads had old tomatoes just not fresh, the grilled chicken was suppost to be blackened it was not, and a thin slice and well over cooked. Beach area nice. Room nice.

The view from my room, the location of the hotel, the pool, outdoor picnic area, rooms with a pullout sofa. Pillows and beds were not as comfortable, need more variety in pillow density - all of the pillows were the same softness. Facilities could be updated.

Everything was great! The only thing was the pillows were to flat.

Upside of a smoking issue which hindered my view of the ocean everything was wonderful. I believe they should have a designated smoking section.

I come here at least 2x a year. Its very comforting. clean and quiet. Awesome staff

Nice location on a nice beach with shells, and waves to ride. Food was ok which was surprising Shower was very good 2 TVs was a nice touch Fridge / microwave worked well Safe in room was free. Decent parking but obviously it's US it wasn't free Nice pool area for kids... not so much adults as the kids take over lol Room was a mess, peeling wood and broken furniture all in need of replacement. Very scruffy. Stain on sofa of unknown origin!! Layout of the room was very odd and really didn't work for us and I do like a bathroom door which closes call me a prude. Shower drains soooooooo slowly be careful not to flood it. Aircon efficient but you cant hear yourself think with it on, it's so loud Toilet seat was broken, matinence man did replace it when requested. When it rained it was coming in through the glass panels in reception. Pool towel system is crazy, overly complicated. No ambience in the restaurant, well there was only us !! Chap was very helpful and kind... wine was disgusting (personal preference) This was rated highly, it felt like id walked into another hotel, felt very mislead by pictures and by reviews... it is most definitely not as deficted.

Loved being ocean front. Sink didn't work from the moment we arrived. Maintenance didn't show up till 30mins before we checked out. He did not fix it and the resort never gave me back the "refundable" deposit, even though there was nothing to charge to the room. The resort was also evacuated at 5am due to a system issue. I've had better experiences at extended stays.
