Excellent location . Tina is a wonderful employee. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. Would like to have had biscuits, gravy and bacon. I did not like the coffee.

Great location

Overall stay was pretty good . Elevator went down hrs after we arrived and there was no continental breakfast our first day only toast and oatmeal disappointing because we always get a good breakfast from the hotels we stay at and my husband was not happy

Well, the breakfast was cold and it definitely didn't last till 10am (well, pancake machine was "broken/out of service" ). Everything was pretty much gone when we came down at 9:30 am.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was exceptional!!! The lady who was in charge of the breakfast was constantly refilling items on the bar. You could tell that she was “owning” her job and she made the experience for the guests a very pleasant one!!! No complaints at all about our stay. Keep on with the excellent job you’re doing!!!

Nice property and convenient location.

The hotel was clean and looked to have been updated fairly recently. It was conveniently located close to quite a few restaurants. The area seemed safe. I would stay there again.

Breakfast The booking of rooms. I booked a suite weeks in ahead only to get there and them tell me that my room wasn’t in the list when I have confirmation and everything. They did gave me a $50 credit but the room that day was $40 more but I didn’t get the same room I wanted. At the end we got a room but I hated going through that thinking I wasn’t being able yo get a room after booking in time ahead.

Its nice from a quick glance until you start really looking. The mirrors were gross in the room as well as the shower doors. There was hair and mold on the shower doors. The light switches were backwards. The “complimentary “ breakfast was a scam. Both coffee machines broken, pancake machine broken. Sausages sitting in a hot water bath. Trash overflowing. It was not good. Weird noises coming from the lamp in the room and train was pretty loud all night. Very disappointed for the money paid! What is frustrating is that they take a $50 deposit from me, but what about all the pieces of my stay that were filthy upon arrival and amenities advertised that were unable to be used??

Exceptional

Front desk staff was efficient, room tidy, needs were met. The only complaint I have is that our executive suite that “slept five” was not comfortable as the room had two full beds as opposed to queen beds. It made for a very uncomfortable night of sleep.

Overall nice hotel in good location. Was traveling with children and they ran out of breakfast, so that was a bummer. They were very busy in their defense. Elevator didn’t work on one side and we had an ant problem in our room. They said they addressed the ants but they came back.

Nice size, clean and good location. Morning staff, particularly Sat and Sun morning was not friendly.

I was in town for one day and needed to check in early but there was a $50 extra charge. I only needed to check in and unload my luggage until I got a rental car but had to haul my luggage around until I was able to get a car.

Appeared to be a relatively new and very well kept property. Great value for the price. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Would stay again.

Beds and pillows sheets and blankets all wonderfully comfortable !!!! Nice smelling clean room. VERY clean bathroom. Nicely updated room over all. Staff were very polite and professional. No Waffles. And no bacon. All of the other offering for breakfast were good.
