My room was very clean, but the ac/heat seemed to get a lot cooler than the selected temperature. The breakfast was good, but not a lot of variety. ALL of the staf was very helpful and courteous.

The first room we got the windowsill framing was cracked all around and had plaster falling plus the door had to be hit really hard in order to open it. Once we let the front desk know they switched our room quickly and apologized. It was a good experience there.
