Quality Inn & Suites North Mesquite I-30

The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the sheets feel clean. The breakfast is good, too.

Exceptional

Extremely rude owners and staff

Close to venue The door wouldn't latch. Had to use the deadbolt and inner lock to keep it shut. The room was very hot when we arrived. The air-conditioner was junky and had to he set at 60° to stay running long enough to cool the room down.

Clean

Too much noice of the hi way!! Big roach in the bath tub. Lady didnt even told me where room, elevator were and what time was brkfast.

The refrigerator didn’t work in the room in the bathroom wall and bathtub was dirty.

Good place for the price

The hotel was conveniently located close to the mall we wanted to visit The hotel was incredibly small the hall smelled like marijuana and the rooms smelled of chemical. The sheets and bedding are clean and the floors are dirty. All in all it was fine but I wouldn't stay again.

Disappointing

Bien limpieza y personal amable

The room was thoroughly clean

Very good for the price

Staff and owners were completely helpful all around. There was a cleanliness issue at check in, dead bugs under the bed and mold in bathtub.

Very bad experience with male staff. No good

Bad

I spent minimal time at the property so cannot really comment on the amenities etc. The check-in/out was smooth, room was clean and equipped with iron, hairdryer, soap, shampoo+conditioner and lotion. The breakfast included but skipped it since most of it was not suitable for anyone with diabetes - sugary cereals and pastry, waffles, coffee and bananas. I was using the place to sleep and freshen up, and for that it was fine.

It had all I needed. Sheets were clean. They were thin blankets showing a little wear. Our sink was a little dirty looking. But it could have just been stains. Poor water pressure. I did not look at the breakfast. I did not know about the 100.00 deposit. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known, tbh. I did get some sleep so yeah that was fine. My vehicle was not broken into. Another plus. So I give it. a 3.5 ⭐.

Will definitely be staying at...

Will definitely be staying at this hotel again so clean and well maintained
