Extended Stay America Suites New Orleans Metairie

Staff was excellent.

a

Breakfast was never well-stocked; cleaning was supposed to be provided every 7 days, but I stayed for 10 days and no one ever came to clean.

Liked: Staff is incredible, Sonya and Clayton are truly great people. We and John are incredible housekeepers, and Baylon is much more than a typical night desk agent. The rooms are clean, spacious, a full kitchen less oven, with dishes etc. upon request. Above all, I have been here 4 months and only seen ONE roach, no rats/mice at all. For New Orleans, that is incredible. This is not the Ritz, but it is as good or better than other 3-star limited service hotels. For $470/week, it cannot be beaten anywhere.

Pleasant stay, easy access to main highway

Overall - inside the building smell so bad on all floors - elevators - but our room was okay but not the water - the water wouldn’t get very hot - very little water coming out. It was frustrating and we did leave early husband got sick from the smells.

ac had mold but room was switched

Proximity to my destination. Rooms were not as advertised, had a bad odor in the room, cabinets had swelled from water damage, stained carpets that were sticky. Shower worked halfway.

Easy check in and nice staff

Safe neighborhood. Decent looking room. Friendly night staff at front desk. Some things are old and rundown, but for the price you can’t beat it.

Clean and comfortable

Nothing Everything

The room was dirty customer service was very bad and house keeping checked and hour early want stay there again

The WiFi never works Fix the WiFi to flow smoothly

The television service does not provide all the local channels. It’s also a bit of a hassle when switching on to get to the channel you want.

Just some little updates and this will be the greatest hotel in the area!

The location was fine When we went to our room our keys would not work.. they changed out the lock system and they still didnt work right.. our sink was clogged in the bathroom for our hole stay and even aftwr telling them they never came to fix it. The floor was dirty like it never got cleaned and there was a roach on the bathroom sink
